Golden Hills Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy

I can't recommend this place enough! As an athlete working to get back to 100% after ACL and meniscus surgery, recovery is a top priority for me and everyone here understands that. They meet you where you are and help you build from there. I've been coming here for just over a month and I've already seen major progress. The hospitality is top-notch. Junell is hands down the best physical therapist I've ever worked with. He's kind, he made the whole process feel manageable and he kept my spirits up and my confidence growing every step of the way. The aides I work with, Ana, Darren, Sushmita, and Raj, are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely great to talk to. The whole team is incredibly supportive and I'm grateful to be recovering here.

This is my second time doing the therapy and the staff are really awesome. Specially Naisy, Raj and Sushmita, shoutout to this guys. They feel you like a member of the family, they always make you feel comfortable and I would love working with this guys over and over again. Thank you again!

I came to this clinic for back pain and couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the first visit, the team was incredibly hands-on and took the time to understand exactly what was going on with my back. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and were invested in helping me get better, not just getting me in and out the door. I especially want to thank Shruti, Kevin, Darren, and Sushmita. Each of them was attentive, encouraging, and knowledgeable, and they made every session feel personalized. Thanks to their guidance and support, my back feels so much better than when I started. If you're dealing with back pain, I highly recommend this team. I’ve been going to Golden Hills for tennis elbow pain for 3 months. I’m happy with the results and the care I’ve been given by all of the therapists and the aides at Golden Hills. Everyone is friendly and the therapists make sure my treatment is helping me get better. The aides are a group of energetic and fun young people. The front desk people are also nice and I usually don’t have to wait long to see a therapist after I checked in for my appointment.

Gary and Robert have been very helpful with my recovery from an Achilles tear. I can now run and jump with no pain. Very grateful for their help in this process

We had a great experience with Kanchan today for my mom’s first physical therapy appointment for her lower back issue. Kanchan was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire session. She took the time to ask my mom detailed questions to better understand her condition and where she was experiencing discomfort. She also carefully explained some helpful tips regarding posture and showed my mom exercises that she can practice to help with her lower back. I really appreciated how attentive and thorough Kanchan was, especially since this was my mom’s first visit. She made us feel comfortable and made sure we understood the exercises and recommendations before we left. Thank you, Kanchan, for taking such great care of my mom. We really appreciate your help and look forward to continuing her therapy with you!

Kanchan is an excellent Therapist she made sure I was good and helped me feel better. Also her helper Kennedy was excellent and very nice and made sure I was able to do the exercises. Both of them was great. Great job

I've been going to Golden Hills in Milpitas for my PT due to a patella tendon rupture. Wow, this place exceeded my expectation as far as facility, staff competency and friendliness. My physical therapist, Shruti, has been instrumental in getting me back to my normal life. For examples, in 4 months, I went from 30° ROM to 120°, from crutches to normal walking. As a cyclist, I'm happy to finally be back on my bike riding for 2.5 hours 25 miles 2400 feet climb. It's has been a successful journey of recovery thanks to Shruti's help and support.

The best therapist ever! Gary and Robert helped me so much. They helped me a lot with my core engagement, balance, how to sit and stand well. They have helped me so much within 1 month of being here. My back pain has gotten so much better and Gary always makes sure I no longer feel pain. Everytime I feel pain somewhere else, he always tries to see what’s wrong and helps me. Robert is always making sure my form is correct. I would recommend Gary and Robert !!
