I always had high hopes from this law firm but I am disappointed with the paid strategy session. Basically, it was a session with customer support to tell the client which s/he already knows. I mean, I am reaching out to you because I had made up mind for filing WOM and I am aware that I am eligible to do so. WHat value addtion are you giving me for repeatin that to me. If all the questoons were o be answered by proper attorney then let the people know that for legal discussion connect with an attorney and here's our per hour rate to talk to the attorney.

The discovery call is not worth it. I'm disappointed that all they did was to take your info, and no advice was given. You should not have to pay just to give them info.

SCAMMM!! They just want your money and will say yes as long as you pay a fee. But no answers!!! BE aware!
After you've paid to speak to someone they will charge again for actual answers.

We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, we would like to clarify that our booking process and fees are clearly disclosed before an appointment is booked. Clients receive the booking they scheduled and paid for. In some cases, when a matter requires a more detailed legal analysis, an additional consultation may be recommended, and any associated fee is communicated in advance.
We do not charge clients additional fees simply to receive “actual answers,” and we take issue with the characterization of our transparent booking process as a “scam.” We make our fees and booking structure available upfront so that every prospective client can make an informed decision before scheduling.
We applied for a K1 visa and the whole team was very helpful with our case. They are very prompt and supportive and try to understand your story. We had an RFE and our attorney was very thorough with the evidence. They guided and made me feel reassured with each step of the way. Even on the days I was anxious with document submission, they worked with me and were very patient. We were working with a different law firm who filed our initial petition and they did a scrappy job. There are so many law firms out there who just want your money but Goldstein immigration is not one of them. They truly want to help you. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because there is one document I had forgot to take along with me to the interview for which I got 221G, and I feel like they should have known to include that document given my case. However, my case recently got approved and it is all thanks to them.
