My car stopped running normally and wasn't safe to be on the road. I reached out to Javier and he listened to my concerns, helped me with directions to tow, & had my car running smoothly in no time! I didn't have to worry about unnecessary charges or communication - Javier sent updates through the process, made the invoice simple, and even put air in my tire without being asked to.
I will be coming back the next time we need a fix and recommending his shop to my family & friends. Thank you for a great first experience!

I was stranded at Chick fil a for over 3 hours,
My car would not start.
Javier and Brrandon came right out and were able to help on the spot.
Both men were very nice and respectful.
They arr very reasonably priced.
Would recommend.
Quick and reliable service! He was honest and helped me get my truck fixed in record time! Will definitely return for future repairs. 10/10 recommend!!
I hit a piece of tire in the road on Thursday, Saturday Javier ans the Gonzales Family Auto was open. I literally pulled in the lot, he looked at my car and immediately discovered the issue and fixed it right then! Amazing work, amazing family and will recommend and return for ALL my family's auto repair needs! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Javier is so polite and professional. He was able to answer all my questions, did not rush me off the phone like other shops. Also his prices are the best and most affordable in town for sure. He was able to diagnose my friends car same day no hassle . Will definitely be recommending him to others. His reviews speak for themselves . Thanks again .
Javier is the absolute best! He helped me diagnose my cars problem, tried to see if it was something simple that I could even fix. When it turned out to be a bad starter helped me line up a great towing company and got us back on the road within hours! Hands down, call Gonzalez Family Auto! You won’t be sad you did!
I took my car in for an oil leak and spark plugs. He is an honest mechanic, affordable and did great work. Anytime I need work, I’m bringing my vehicle to Gonzalez Family Auto, LLC.
So reasonable, so efficient! My 2023 Rogue had some engine issues tangentially related to a recall. Dealership would only fix what they had to and Mr. González got us back up and running again! He was also able to install a new display after mine had gotten cracked in a sort of freak occurrence. We’ve never had to wait too long and we are so glad to have found them!!
