Gonzalez Sports, Inc. at a glance

Customers frequently cite competitive pricing, fast service, and the availability of custom jerseys with names and numbers. The store offers a large selection of soccer uniforms, cleats, and balls, often including discounts and free accessories. While most feedback is positive regarding product quality and helpful staff, one recurring criticism involves rude interactions when customers attempt to negotiate prices for stained items.

Rude customer service, I wanted to lower a price on a jersey (since I collect jerseys) because it had a couple of stains and the man was rude and said, “No and if you want just leave it there someone else is gonna buy it” without making eye contact. As a former sales man you would always want to make eye contact when you talk to a customer and it was unprofessional and rudely said how he said that comment.
