Communicating with them for scheduling and coordinating service was easy and straightforward. Would recommend. Seth was especially exceptional. My technician Seth went above and beyond! Not only did he do a thorough job with the water heater, he was also able to help me discover what was causing a weird smell under the kitchen sink. A dead snake! As I ran, Seth bagged up the snake. He’s a hero in my book!
