Google reviewers praise the business for reasonable pricing, punctual appointments, and attentive communication, including text updates regarding schedule changes. Customers frequently note that staff handle anxious, senior, or special needs pets with patience, ensuring dogs are comfortable and not left crated for extended periods. While most feedback highlights positive experiences, a few lower-rated reviews criticize specific instances of uneven cuts, nicks, or incorrect shaving decisions, suggesting inconsistent quality control across different groomers.

Good Dog Grooming is wonderful. I love the fact that my dogs do not stay crated until I pick them up. I drop off and within 45-1hour I pick them up. Anna is particularly good with my shy boy Mooshu.
As usual, Aeva cut my special needs pup perfectly even though he was a bit uncooperative. He looks adorable.

Colleen was great! She texted me earlier in the day to let me know that our regular groomer, Anna, was out. She also gave me an option for an earlier appointment. Colleen did a wonderful grooming on our Westie!
