Chris Dollar first came to our home to inspect our existing garage door equipment and determined that it needed to be replaced. He provided several options and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase anything. Chris was patient, never pushy, and made sure we understood the advantages of each option so we could make the decision that was right for us. After we decided which opener to purchase, he explained the next steps and what the installation process would involve. Since the equipment needed to be ordered, he let us know it would take about a week to arrive and scheduled the installation appointment before leaving. On the day of the installation, Chris arrived on time and walked us through everything he planned to do before beginning the work. He showed us the new equipment and explained the installation process. He then replaced our old garage door opener and related components with the new system. Once the installation was complete, Chris demonstrated all of the features of the new opener and even helped program it to our vehicles. Throughout the entire process, he was knowledgeable, professional, and informative. Chris made the entire experience simple and easy to understand. We would highly recommend The Good Guys to our friends and family, not only because of the quality of the company, but also because of Chris's outstanding customer service.
