After working with these guys I will never go to another plumber again. Other companies quoted me a $600 charge for just replacing a thermal expansion tank. The plumber Good Guys sent to my house only charged me $150 and even showed me how I could do the replacement myself in the future. No attempts to sell me on anything, just gave me advice and got the job done in a half hour. The best home service I've received from anyone, 10/10.

They are...good guys. Super friendly, good at explaining what the issue is what they are/can/will do to fix it. I appreciate them listening to questions and talking me through potential solutions on the spot and making recommendations based on order of priority (we found something new while he was here!). Good Guys Plumbing are trustworthy and I will keep using them.

I contracted with Good Guys Plumbing this summer to plumb two new bathrooms and a steam shower. There were several minor issues that were resolved in short order. However, there was an intermittent leak somewhere in the plumbing that proved to be troublesome...I kept ending up intermittently with water in my crawlspace and couldn't understand where the water was coming from...pretty frustrating considering I just spent 150K on a renovation. It took several visits from these guys until both owners showed up this week for the service call. They were able to identify the root cause of the water leak by using heat sensing equipment and a camera in the walls going through the outlets to determine that it was not a problem with their quality of work, but rather that another contractor had punctured a none pressurized rain shower line from the shower valve in the wall which is why the problem was so intermittent...the water line only leaked when I used the rain shower, the water leak sprayed inside the wall and then would drain into the crawlspace. It took them about 4 hours to diagnose and fix the problem with minimal damage to the plaster walls. I highly recommend this outfit with owners who care about doing things the right way and putting the customer first. Thank you Cole and John!

I had Cole from Good Guys Plumbing come to our home for a second opinion on a plumbing quote we had received from another large plumbing company. After thoroughly listening to my concerns and taking the time to understand what was going on, Cole diagnosed that we actually did not have a plumbing problem and did not recommend any services at this time. I have never had a service provider come to our home and tell us that we don’t need work done. That level of honesty and integrity is so refreshing. Cole spent a significant amount of time discussing our plumbing, patiently answering all of my questions, and clearly explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I will absolutely be calling Good Guys Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend Cole and this company to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy plumber!

Highly recommend. I am a contractor and have worked with a ton of plumbers over the years. They are the best! Show up on time, do what they say they are going to do and give a fair price. Can't ask for anything better.
