I sat in the room for 20 mins, my masseuse was late, no room music so you can here everything going on, even during the massage. Scheduled a Swedish massage w a foot massage and got a extra deep tissue massage at first I thought it was too loosen me up but it didn't stop, it was back and forth. She is great at what she does, but I didnt order a deep tissue. I wanted relaxation as I have a whole weekend planned outdoors & wanted something calm before the storm.. I was tense the whole time, debated on leaving but felt bad & came home so sore and my neck and shoulders feel like boulders are on them & I don't know how I am going to feel the rest of my birthday weekend now.. 😫

Your therapist should have confirmed your preferred pressure and adjusted the massage accordingly, and we apologize that you were left waiting before your session. Massage was good but I booked 90 minutes and only got 60 minutes which was dissapointing
