Bought a two person sauna at the Big E this year. Jordan was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. MJ and Ben delivered and assembled the sauna. Friendly and efficient.
Amazing customer service from start to finish. The sauna is incredible and we were taken care of at every step in the decision making process.
We are beyond thrilled with our Good Health infrared Sauna (2 person hybrid). Sarah (our salesperson/customer service) really helped to guide us in purchasing a new infrared sauna, and was a wealth of knowledge, extremely personable, accessible, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! The delivery/installation team drove here and set it up so fast, tested everything, and then explained how everything worked. It heats up very quickly and is very straightforward to use. First sauna session last night was really the best and I can’t wait to go in it again today! Also, lifetime warranty that cannot be beat!!! Highly highly recommend Good Health Saunas!!!
Have had my GHS in-fared hybrid for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Takes about 30 minutes to warm up to the level I like to start but gets up to the 160 to 165 degrees quickly. Was so easy to put together as only took my son and I about 40 minutes. Wife loves it maybe even more than me. Great product and great customer service. Thanks Isaac.
Loving my sauna from Good Health in Florida!! Even though we have hot weather in Florida, the benefits achieved with a sauna cannot be duplicated. The heat from the sauna is a deep heat helping your joints and muscles. Steve and Sarah are amazing and stopped by when they were visiting Florida to see how I was doing. The whole team at the Mall of America were incredible to work with. The process was so easy and they were very knowledgeable in all aspects of sauna use. I highly recommend them and if you are in the market for a sauna, definitely call Steve. The unit is built and tested with the highest standards and you can see that from the moment you put it together. Thank you Steve and Sarah!!
The buying experience was great. No high pressure sales or fear of loss tactics. Sarah was very informative and answered every question o had with solid data and confidence. I paid my deposit around June and figured I would have it delivered in late October. We decided we wanted to it delivered before October and they made it happen within 2 weeks from my call. (I’m in Ohio). The delivery guys were awesome. Very professional but easy going and a pleasure to talk with. I asked if I could watch or help them set up my sauna and they not only welcomed it, but showed me everything I would need to know if I had to break it down and move it. They went through all the controls and dos and don’ts. It is the manual but assembling it with them was hands on and helpful. We have been using it regularly for the week that we have had it and we love it. I had some additional questions after using it for a week and Sarah, our sales representative, got back to me right away. We face timed so she could see it installed and point out some things for me. I love the fact that this is an American company, made in America, and the quality says American pride. After a lot of research on saunas, we found them and are so happy we did.

Dude, Glitter Rooster left this place looking like a sparkly red Lobster, because he got so overheated from almost being cooked alive inside of this sauna here at GOOD Health Saunas. Initially, Glitter Rooster wandered over to this neighborHOOD, because he was in the MOOD to act really RUDE by clucking so Loudly that he could get SUED or even BOO'd out of this mall (aka The Mall of AmerCHICKa). However, the sauna was so hot that Glitter Rooster ended up feeling as if they were trying to cook him as FOOD for someone else's Lunch. TerriFied of getting Fried, Glitter Rooster did not want to face his DEATH, so he quickly ran away like a scared HYENA from this place, looking like a Sparkly Red Lobster inStead and just felt glad that he wasn't Dead.

Loving my new sauna. ❤️ Did a 60 min session. Wow. Thought I needed a wet traditional sauna to sweat. Boy was I wrong. I need to stock up on some nice white sauna towels now! So happy we added this Good Health infrared sauna to our new home. Can't wait for my adult children and spouses to try it.

Have had ours 10 years and highly recommend to my friends. I have had two hip joint replacements and have used for recovery. If I ever feel a cold coming on, I immediately get in our sauna to ward it off. We have had zero maintanence in the 10 years. Thank you Good Health Sauna!
