I’ve been using Good Neighbor for a few months now, and before working with them, I had never managed a rental property. Becoming a landlord was an unexpected situation for my family and me, but the Good Neighbor team has been incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process and answering all of our questions. They continue to be very responsive whenever new questions come up. I also find their online portal easy to use and navigate. I would highly recommend Good Neighbor to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and professional property management team.

This is the third property management company I’ve used since putting my home up for rent, and by far, they have exceeded my expectations.
They had a tenant in my property within a week of listing it—and at a higher rental price than I initially expected. From the start, their service has been excellent, and they have made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free.
I’m very impressed with the service I’ve received so far and hope they continue to provide the same level of service moving forward. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.

We were looking for a reliable and transparent property management company to manage our properties in the Austin and Round Rock area. After researching several options, we came across Good Neighbor Property Management and were impressed by their online reviews. We contacted the owner Dhruv, and Viviana, carefully reviewed their management agreement, and felt that their approach was a great match for our needs. We decided to move forward and transfer our properties to their management.
Our experience so far has been excellent. Dhruv, Viviana, and the team are very responsive, always answer our questions promptly, and keep us updated on the status of our properties.
Recently, one of our tenants reported that the HVAC system was not cooling. The Good Neighbor team responded very quickly, communicated with the tenant, arranged for a vendor to diagnose the issue, and completed the repair within just two days. What impressed me most was the transparency throughout the entire process. They kept us informed at every stage, explained what was happening, and made sure the issue was properly addressed.
As an out-of-state property owner, having a property management company that is responsive, transparent, and proactive gives me great peace of mind. I really appreciate Dhruv and the team’s communication and their focus on resolving issues efficiently while keeping the owner informed.
