Great gym and great trainers. The trainer helped me a lot, both with the theory behind the exercises and with actually achieving my fitness goals. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Good Time Fitness.
Nate is an amazing personal trainer! He’s knowledgeable, professional, and really pays attention to form and progress. Every workout is well-structured and tailored to my goals, and he knows exactly how to motivate me without being pushy. I’ve seen real results since training with him. Best trainer in Seattle and I highly recommend
