Customers consistently praise the shop for rapid turnaround times, often completing repairs within 24 hours or less, alongside fair pricing and professional communication. Services frequently involve custom cutting, replacement of broken window panes, and installation for residential or commercial projects. While most feedback highlights efficiency and helpfulness, one low-star review noted that a specific installation was not done correctly despite multiple attempts, requiring the customer to seek repairs elsewhere.

Broke an old window pane in my home, and John was extremely helpful. Replied to me very quickly, answered all my questions, and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. Had the window back the next day. Would highly recommend this business — the type I hope stays around for a long time.
