Reviewers highlight prompt scheduling, clear communication, and effective trapping for gophers, moles, and voles at reasonable prices. While staff are described as knowledgeable and professional, some customers criticize the company's ten-business-day return policy and a lack of adequate proof for billed gopher removals.

I called Gingrich about a mole problem and they were very responsive. We had used them once before and they were very successful. We'll see in a few days if that is the case again, but I assume it will be.
Top service. My landscaper referred me to them. Roark, my technician, is efficient, thorough and friendly. He clearly explains what he's doing, & knows exactly which animal (gopher, mole, vole) he's dealing with. Highly recommended.
Thank you for the review Marina! We have passed your message to Roark as well! Please let us know if you see any new activity!
They were very responsive, came out the next day and within three days had caught three gophers!

Found their company online while searching for mole exterminators. Called in the morning and was told they would get a technician to my house as soon as possible , received a text an hour later that they would be there that afternoon. Very professional technician showed up when they said he would and set several traps. No more mounds and they did a follow up the next week. Very impressive company.

came out set trap then came back and picked them up and said ground is too hard with no explanation. did give my money back but didnt help my situation and a waste of my time
Hello John, we did send you an explanation via email on June 19th when we picked up our traps. Did you receive that email? Unfortunately, when the soil is too dry, the tunnels collapse on our traps so we can't do anything until we get a good amount of rain. That is why we gave you the refund and the service notes state to contact us during the wet months. Please let us know if we can clarify any additional information.
We have a serious gopher problem in our Oakland Hills property. We called Gingrich and a live person responded quickly and explained the procedure of extraction, plus cost on the phone. The gopher expert came out in a couple of days to our house and walked through our entire 1/2 acre lot and explained the behavior/life cycle of gophers. To our surprised, he did not end up doing any extractions due to the dryness of the soil. He gave the recommendation of returning after the first winter rain to do the extractions. We were impressed and reassured that we will have a solution to the pesky gopher soon.
Thank you for the wonderful review Tina! Please give us a call when we get a good amount of rain this winter!
I am so pleased with the service Gingrich provides. When I noticed vole activity in my yard I made a phone cll and the Tech came out to our property the very same day. They communicate well before and after a visit to the property. I so appreciate their professionalism .
