Closed on my first home in just 30 days, and I truly don’t think the process could have been as quick or seamless without the help of the Gorman Residential Real Estate team!
To start, my realtor, Aimee Gutekunst, was everything you could want in a realtor. She was timely, professional, dedicated, and incredibly attentive to the details of each home we viewed. While I was focused on how a home might fit me and my lifestyle, Aimee was looking at the things I might not immediately notice—foundation cracks, the terrain and drainage around the property, and other important details that could affect the home long-term. She made me feel confident throughout the entire process, and I would recommend her 10 times over!
Suzanne Michaels also made the paperwork side of the process feel so much easier. What initially felt like a mountain of paperwork quickly became manageable with her guidance. If I forgot something or needed clarification, she was always kind, patient, and helpful, which I appreciated so much.
