Filled in my information online and pressed "get quote". Received instead sales call pressuring a paid service visit with no idea what the total repair bill could be. Deceptive advertising and information mining.

You did send us a message about your refrigerator but no where on our websites does it say get quote it says schedule service. We don’t give quotes over the phone because we need to see the appliance to diagnose the problem and yes we do charge a service call fee that is applied to the repair
Great experience with IGY6 Appliances. I called because my built-in Frigidaire microwave had completely lost power. I had already checked the breakers, but the microwave breaker had gone fully into the OFF position and was not showing the red tripped indicator, so I completely missed it.
Doug the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to troubleshoot the issue properly. He verified there was no power at the outlet, tracked it back to the dedicated breaker, and got everything working again.
Even though it turned out not to be a failed microwave component, I still consider the service call money well spent. I learned that the microwave is on its own dedicated circuit separate from the oven, and he also showed me how the built-in microwave and mounting bracket come out. That knowledge alone will be very helpful if I ever need to replace the unit in the future.
Very pleased with the service, professionalism, and experience. I also appreciate supporting a veteran-owned and operated business. I would absolutely call IGY6 Appliances again and highly recommend them for appliance repair. Five stars!
Jeremy was very knowledgeable and explained the issue with our washing machine without patronizing me. He showed me the old piece that was no longer working and got our washer back up and running in a jiffy. Would happily use Got Your 6 again!
If you're looking for an honest, dependable appliance repair company, I can't recommend Got Your 6 Appliance Repair enough.
They recently replaced the control panel and heating element in our Bosch double oven, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, they got us scheduled quickly, and the repair was completed efficiently and professionally.
What really stood out, though, was the people behind the business. They're a veteran-owned company, incredibly honest, respectful, and just genuinely good humans. It's rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such great customer service and integrity.
We'll absolutely be calling them again if we ever need appliance repairs, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

I had just moved and when my first load in my washer, the load was near to completion I noticed a leak. Leak might not give it justice, it looked like someone poured a gallon of water in the laundry room. I contacted IGY6 for help with my LG front load washer. I received a text from Doug letting me know he was on his way, he was right on time. Doug ran it through a couple cycles and quickly fixed the issue. When I poked my head into see how things were progressing, he informed me of the fix and also told me that I needed to clean the glass on the door. I was a little embraced at how dirty it actually was! I gladly paid the bill, thanked Doug for the fix and he departed. I went into the laundry room to put a load in and noticed that he actually cleaned off the glass for me. Great service, great communication and they get SIX STARS! Thank you for a job well done.

I cannot imagine that these are real people leaving 5 star reviews. My experience was horrible and I got ripped off. In addition to a service call fee, I was charged a fee for “explaining” the problem with my washer to me and how to fix it. $70 to explain my problem; I’ve never heard of such a scam. To top it off, the service technician was extremely grumpy. I would have spoken up then but I was intimidated. If you’re a single female, be very careful.

When Doug was out to your house for the complainant washing machine leaking he found that suds were coming out of the air vent in the back of the unit. As far as the price you paid the receipt does not show you paying a trip charge but the lowest labor rate that we have. We do not charge a trip fee on top of labor. Our 20 cu ft stand-up freezer stopped freezing (remained cold, thankfully), but it's mostly filled with liquid gold, breast milk. Jeremy being a father understood how devastating the situation could've been. He squeezed us in that afternoon, quickly determined the condenser was done for, confirmed his distributor had a new one in-stock that he could pickup, bring back & install. This is an AMAZING COMPANY!! We would give 100 out of 5 stars if possible!!
