Amazing food that exceeded my expectations, The Flavor of all the food was so amazing! The Lemon Pepper Popcorn chicken nuggets, Tropical Wings, Stuffed pepperoni and cheese waffles with Kiwi Dream drink. The employees and management were very kind, and professional. I highly recommend this place!!

I just moved recently and this is my new go to for milk tea. Very clean and well established. I’m sure they’ll see me constantly so I better leave a good review!

Stopped by yesterday while walking around Five Points yesterday. I used to love Gong Cha and was sad when they closed. But I saw the signs about Got Cha taking over and wanted to give it a try! It did not dissapointed! I explained to the owner that it was my first time in, and wanted recommendations on the street food as I wanted a snack and boba while I was out. Everything sounded amazing! She explained everything I wanted to know! She also let me sample the honey based tapioca. I’m a dedicated brown sugar tapioca girl so I was interested to try a different base and it was really good! I got the Mandarin popcorn chicken (which came with tteoboki) and the Yakult mango with honey based tapioca pearls. I get yakult boba whenever it’s offered, and I was so happy they we finally have it here! It was amazing! The popcorn chicken was super crunchy and the flavor was good. I’ve never had tteoboki (Korean rice cake) so I was a little hesitant to try it as I’m not a fan of rice cakes. But after having it yesterday? I would definitely get it again and I’m glad I got to try it here! Definitely will come back next time I’m in the area (which will be soon).

Gotcha is such a yummy boba spot! We got to talk to the owner when she checked us out, and she was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. I got the Vietnamese coffee boba, which was strong but really good! I definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area. They also have the cutest panda mascot and adorable panda decorations that make the place even more charming!❤️❤️🐼

I came in for the first time since the new location opened and I had an amazing experience! The environment was very welcoming, Helen was so sweet and my drink came out so delicious and high quality!! Definitely my go to spot from now on :)

My partner and I used to come to GongCha occasionally when we were nearby, and they were good. But GotCha is legitimately great! Friendly and helpful staff, good food, and a really extensive drink menu. Solid improvement, and we will be back again soon. (If you like coffee, get the Vietnamese Coffee with the Sea Salt Milk Foam, it slaps)

*Munch* *Munch* *Munch* *Gulp* Whew, that meal was so frickin' good it makes me wanna...*Ahem*...I digress! Anyway, my siblings and I have been coming to Gotcha Bubble Tea ever since the soft opening last month, and I'm proud to say we still come here every week! The decorations are nice (cute pandas), the staff is very friendly, and there's lots of items on the menu to choose from. Also, new items are occasionally added to the menu, which gives customers a reason to come back and check what kind of new items are up for grabs. Honestly, the food here is just...just delicious! I've tried several items on the menu, and I'd have to say the tropical wings is the main thing that keeps me coming back and has a permanent spot on my receipt. It's packed with flavor, and I tried the Hisbiscus Dream fruit tea for the first time today, and that thing was so dang refreshing! I love that they have so many kinds of drinks with so many different flavors, so I'm sure there's something for everyone to enjoy. Also, this place occasionally does daily specials and even weekly specials, such as BOGO 50% off. That's completely awesome, especially since I'm the kind of person who like savin' money! I highly recommend Gotcha Bubble Tea to everyone because of the family-friendly environment, affordable prices, relaxing atmosphere (once again, cute pandas), and of course...the lip-smackin', tasty food!
