Customers frequently praise the company for scheduling flexibility, prompt report delivery, and clear communication during inspections. However, several low-star reviews cite significant oversights of major structural or mechanical issues, such as water leaks and gas line problems, which led to costly repairs. Some clients also reported receiving unsolicited follow-up communications regarding optional warranty services after the initial inspection was completed.
