Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! Grace Moving Company Sets the Standard for Excellence!
I recently used Grace Moving Company for my move, and they exceeded my service expectations in every way!
The experience began with an in-home assessment of my specific moving needs, followed by a professional, highly competitive written quote.
On moving day, the crew (David, Juventino, and Allonte) was absolutely stellar! My new home, located in a small town in the Santa Cruz Mountains, presented some significant challenges, particularly with moving a 7-foot mahogany desk that required disassembly and a large Pottery Barn whiskey bar.
The whiskey bar was especially challenging, requiring the crew to navigate decorative outdoor stone stairs and between large redwood trees, while lifting the unit above the stair railings (see photo). Their professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail were exceptional, and everything was delivered perfectly!
Grace Moving Company earned my highest recommendation, with special recognition to David, Juventino, and Allonte for a phenomenal job! I only wish I could give them a rating of six stars instead of just five.
I had an amazing experience with Grace Moving! They are truly family-oriented and went above and beyond to help relocate my elderly father to his new home. Being stationed in Germany made an already difficult situation even more challenging, but Grace Moving made the entire process so much easier and gave me peace of mind. I am forever grateful that I found them and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services. Thank you Pat and Jen, and your Grace Moving team for treating my family like your own!

We have moved cross country several times. The honesty and integrity is hard to find in this industry sometimes, but we definitely found it with Grace Moving. Starting with Clay, who walked us through the process to the three fantastic packers. Thank you to David, Billy and Juventino. Not only did they take care with packing, but communicated through the two days they were here. And one thing that is a key is their attention to detail when labeling the boxes. There is no doubt what is in it and what room it came from. I highly recommend this team!
Response from the owner · 3 weeks ago
Thank you Dennis for trusting in our team! We value your feedback and we are pleased to know you were happy with the way it went!!! Thank you for the shout out of the crew names! Thank you for the business! Blessings on your new home!!!
