I've been seeing Julie Cook at Grace Psych for several months now and she has really made a positive difference in my life! When I first contacted Grace, I was given the option to pick from a few therapists and I am so thankful that God gave me the wisdom to choose Julie!! She is such a blessing to me and also to my family! I have been to some other counselors in the past and while I've received some help from them, it wasn't always enough-they seemed to mostly care about getting paid. With Julie, it's completely different! She truly cares about her patients and has a heart for really helping others! She is friendly and open which builds authentic trust so you can be honest and get really life changing help! As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Julie is also able to provide meds to help her patient's mental health. Unlike others, she doesn't just prescribe meds and let you go, she researches what works best for each patient, starts out slowly, and continually monitors to make sure it helps and doesn't cause side effects. I can't say enough about how amazing Julie is! Honestly if there were more therapists in the world like her, there would be less people with mental health issues! Definitely recommend her!

Julie is an incredible Psych NP—super bubbly, with the kindest smile and a truly warm heart. From the start, you can tell this is her true calling.
