By far the best BJJ school I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They take the time to help those who need it and challenge those looking to advance their skills. Professor Tyler has created something special here.
I'm very pleased with this place after signing up my 5 year old about 6 weeks ago. Coaches are great. They teach discipline, respect, sportsmanship, and hard work! Coach Tyler and his team are so patient and kind with each child. Their heart for the sport and coaching shows in their professionalism and positive attitude. The new facility is also a great upgrade. Thankful for what you bring to our community and our kiddos!

I had a chance to train at this gym while on vacation. I wanted to take the time to write a review because I had such a positive experience. I've trained at a lot of gyms over the years and Gracie Barra Washington is one of the tops. Excellent instructor and an overall great training vibe. If you live in the area I would definitely check them out.

By far the best BJJ school I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They take the time to help those who need it and challenge those looking to advance their skills. Professor Tyler has created something special here.
The Gracie Barra gym in Washington, MO is an excellent place to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Professor Tyler is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I would recommend this gym to any person of any age group. If you have even the slightest interest or desire to train Jiu-Jitsu, I encourage you to stop by and talk to Professor Tyler, and come in for the introductory class. The coaches are great with kids and take their education seriously. Not only do the kids (and adults) learn Jiu-Jitsu, but they learn life skills, how to interact with others politely and with good manners, and a healthy respect for authority. For myself, this has been a life-changing, and humbling experience. Not only are the instructors excellent, but the comradery I am finding here is fantastic. Everyone you train with has a great attitude and only wants to help you get better. Ego's get checked at the door and Professor Tyler is excellent at keeping things this way. I look forward to training here for many years to come.

I have been in and around martial arts all of my life. The professionalism and care brought by the leadership team at Gracie Barra/ Washington is second to none. Their clientele is put first in everything they do and it shows! Whether you are a high level or beginner you will have no better martial arts experience than at Gracie Barra/Washington!
