Customers frequently praise the store's extensive inventory of new and back issues, along with friendly, knowledgeable staff who assist both collectors and newcomers. Recurring themes include helpful service, organized displays, and the availability of rare titles. However, low-star reviews highlight inconsistent pricing, such as items charged above shelf price, and complaints about unfriendly or dismissive interactions with employees.
