Just moved to Texas and needed an emissions test the day before our registration. The state system had a glitch that caused issues with passing our car that passed all tests. Raul stayed open late to ensure we were taken care of. The problem was 100% on the states end not his, however he still sacrificed his time to help me. So rare to meet someone so kind.

Called over the phone asking if they did lowered cars and even described the car (lowered but on bags) and told me yes, that he had a “static” car in the shop right now, I then drove all the way over from forth worth and all for him to not even look at my car and send me away. We talked and all he could say was “I’m sorry, I was confused” when I told him multiple time I was on bags and can raise up if needed and asked again if them take lowered cars.

Do not take your vehicle to this place. They did an alignment on my vehicle and the steering wheel was to the right and started rubbing. They refused to fix the issue caused from their mechanic.
