Grand view windows I have couldn’t have picked a better company to do my business with with my windows they standby our product. The product is awesome. Buyer Beware
Paid extra for "security" storm doors. They are anything but. Door feels cheap and terribly overpriced. If that wasn't bad enough, the backdoor frame was manufactured incorrectly. I was told it would be a couple of weeks for them to correct the issue and finish the installation. It has been 6 weeks I haven't heard a word.

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your ProVia storm doors. ProVia is
considered one of the premier storm door manufacturers in the industry, and over the
many years we have represented ProVia, we have never received a customer
complaint regarding the quality of their storm doors.
Where we did fall short was in our communication. Unfortunately, when your order
arrived from the factory, one of the door frames had been manufactured incorrectly.
We immediately ordered the replacement part from the manufacturer. While we are
not always able to control factory production and shipping times, we should have done
a better job keeping you informed throughout the process. For that, I sincerely
apologize.
Since your project, we have reviewed our internal procedures and implemented
additional follow-up measures to help prevent this type of communication breakdown
from happening again.
I'm pleased that we were able to complete the installation of your doors and provide
you with a discount for the inconvenience. We're also pleased that your project has
now been completed and that you expressed your satisfaction with the final installation
