Thank you so much, Brendalee, for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and heartfelt review! We truly appreciate your trust in John and Grant Inspection Services, especially after everything you had been experiencing. We're so glad John was able to take the time to thoroughly investigate the situation, explain the testing and results in a way that made sense, and help identify the ventilation issue contributing to the elevated CO2 readings. We believe our job goes beyond simply performing tests—we want our clients to understand what we're finding and what steps they can take moving forward. Your kind words about John's patience, calmness, and willingness to come back and explain everything in person mean a great deal to us. Thank you again for your recommendation and for trusting Grant Inspection Services. And we have to say… we absolutely loved the “breath of fresh air” pun! 😊 We wish you and your family all the best!
