Although the tech did a good job I will not use Grasser again. They when $400 more than another reliable company but I needed the job done and the other company was to busy at the time. If I could have waited a week I would not of used Grasser. I find it ridiculous they could be that much higher.

He was friendly and kept me updated about how long it would take. I am so grateful to have such a quality company so close to home. I wouldn't hesitate to use Grasser again in the future.

He told me what he think I need completed and said he would email a quote the following day.I waited a few days then called the office. Who told me she will reach out to him and have quote sent.
