I’ve had an ongoing issue with this lawn care company moving my sprinklers while they work and then failing to put them back where they belong. I’ve brought it to their attention several times. Sometimes the crew puts them back, and sometimes they don’t. Normally, I don’t make a big issue of it because I’m able to catch it myself and fix them. This last time was different. I was going to be away on TDY, so I specifically contacted the company beforehand and asked them to make sure the sprinklers were returned to their proper positions after service. The representative even told me, “I will put it in bold,” to make sure the crew saw the instruction. I came home today to find that it still wasn’t done. Both the front and back sprinklers had been left against the house and were actually facing the house. At this point, I simply cannot depend on this company to follow even basic service instructions. Each time I bring up an issue, I receive an apology and am told they will do better next time, but the same problem continues. If all you need is a basic lawn cut, they may be perfectly adequate. However, if you need the crew to follow additional instructions or take care around your property, my experience has been extremely frustrating and unreliable.

I could walk fine Minutes ago I wanted to thank you for Charlie, for his professional, responsive and sincere expertise, and handling our watering system. He was respectful knowledgeable and seemed like he our best intrest at heart.

Update 07/20/2026: I can’t say enough positive things about Todd. He is so courteous and professional. He takes the time to patiently explain what service request he is processing. He is consistently great! Todd is amazing. He always explains the lawn treatment he is providing and takes the time to answer my questions. Very courteous abd professional. The new technician he is training, Jake, is also very customer service oriented.
