Customers frequently highlight the company's clear communication, punctuality, and assistance with insurance claims for roof repairs, replacements, and gutter work. Reviewers note that staff often provide honest assessments, sometimes identifying non-roofing issues without charging fees, and maintain responsiveness through the project. One criticism involves a crew ignoring no solicitation signs and leaving trash on a property, though the owner responded to the complaint.

After our last storm I called Graves Roofing to come and inspect my roof. Luckily, we only had cosmetic damage to the main roof . However, our shed had many missing shingles and they were able to replace them in a timely manner as to not cause further damage. They were professional and reassuring throughout the process. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this crew.

Graves Roofing & Restoration is one of those companies that reminds you why doing business locally matters.
They do great work and offer so much more than just roofing, but what really sets them apart is the people behind the company. Bryan and Lauryn have built a truly family-oriented business, and they are some of the most genuine, hardworking and community-minded people you could ever hope to do business with.
They don’t just own a business in our community—they live here, work here, support other local businesses and continually give back to the community around them.
Great company, great work, and even better people. We are proud to know them, proud to recommend them, and would absolutely give Graves Roofing & Restoration five stars.

Graves Roofing and Restoration was recommended to us by an insulation contractor several years ago for some roof repair. When it became necessary to replace the whole roof this winter, we called Bryan Graves again. We enlarged the project to include new siding, soffits, and gutters. Graves also painted the exterior of the house and restained our fence. We also replaced our windows through their other company, New View Windows. Bryan Graves and Brandon Westphal provided excellent customer service through all aspects of the project. Customer care is a top reason I would recommend them to others.
