Excellent experience with Grayson Sewer and Drain Services in Oak Park. We were having problems with our main sewer line and needed it cleared. They were able to get the sewer flowing again and performed a camera inspection afterward. The camera revealed a broken section of sewer pipe near the street that we never would have known about otherwise. The crew was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the condition of the sewer line. If you need sewer line cleaning, sewer repair, hydro jetting, or a sewer camera inspection in Oak Park, I would definitely recommend Grayson Sewer and Drain Services.

I contacted Grayson for emergency services due to water in basement. The service was exceptional. They showed up when they said they would on time every day. . I especially appreciated how they communicated daily so I knew what to expect and whens- And answered all my questions.

Grayson Sewer and Drain Services
Nice guy, but left me with more questions than I started with. Said he sent a camera down my service and it was all clear, but I don't remember him going very far, so I hired another company and discovered the opposite. Cost me around $900 for Grayson to come out, camera maybe 20-25' total of line, and jet a clog. The whole thing lasted maybe 40 minutes.
Very responsive, made what felt like an overwhelming project very easy for us. Extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Highly recommend Grayson Sewer and Drain Services. Not only that they gave us a good deal to get 4 maintenance jetting for a great price.
They also made sure that when they do the jetting they are not skimping on anything even running a camera just to make sure everything is fine.

They guys get the job done. I called them, they came the same day in a few hrs, they found the problem quickly, fixed it in about 2 hrs at a fair price, and gave me a couple tips so that doesn't happen to us again. Thanks guys 🙏🏼

I was quoted $850 for emergency rodding service. After cancelled my first appointment, stating their camera was broken they showed up on Monday after the weekend. I was charged $350 for them to scope my sewer line with a camera.
After claiming my sewer line couldn’t be camera’ed from the sewer basin in the back of the house, they ran a camera down a different drain in the side. At the first sign of roots, they claimed a sewer pipe was broken on my side of the line, then rushed to turn off the camera feed. They stated my sewer line to the city pipes needed replaced and repaired due to damage.
I was quoted $5800 to dig up my front yard to replace the “damaged line” stating it needed to be done asap to prevent any flooding.
Glad I got a second opinion, as they were able scope my line from the basin, found no broken pipes, and what roots they did find were not as bad as Grayson stated. Second plumber recommend I use RootX to kill the roots they saw, and follow up next year for rodding service. This cost me another $250, but it saved me over 5k by not having Grayson tear up my yard to fix a pipe that didn’t need to be replaced.
If you call these guys for service, be sure to get a second opinion, because you may not need the work they claim needs to be done.

We reached out to multiple companies and each provided us with an estimate that was close to or more than $2,000. Grayson Sewer and Drain Services provided us with an estimate for under $1,000, scheduled us within a couple of days of us accepting the estimate and got the job done quick. We had a major drain fly issue due to backed up waste from a flooding issue years prior. The hydrojetting took no more than 20 mins and they were able to clear out the drain. Would recommend this company!
