Customers frequently praise the visual presentation, taste, and reasonable pricing of the charcuterie boards, noting that the owner actively responds to feedback. The business also offers hands-on classes where participants learn to assemble their own boards. However, lower-rated reviews cite instances of forgotten orders, missing serving utensils, and discrepancies between the advertised grab-and-go availability and the actual requirement to order in advance.
