They were polite and efficient.
Good shop. Always busy but they work fast and you spend no more than half hour there.
Just had an oil change and thorough check up on my 2018 VW Tiguan. The team at Grease Monkey is well-trained, knowledgeable and always exhibits a positive spirit! Hats off to Scott and his Grease Monkey team!!
Great service. Quick and professional without any haggling or pressure.
I was especially pleased the assistant manager gave me a website to use for ordering a new head light. Plus he was very friendly & professional.
these guys were fast and informative!
I’ve always had a great experience with the entire staff. They’re consistently friendly, honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable in what they do.
Scott and his team are awesome and honest.
Great job
The staff was friendly and very informative. I didn’t realize I came close to closing and they still took care of me and made sure to let me know what was going on with my car and had me out quick. They we’re friendly, I would recommend. I have an old 2007 Audi and they were able to work on it and have me in and out.
Scott and team are honest, and reliable. Only place I bring my vehicles been a loyal customer for over 20 years. They take great care of my vehicles and make them last!!
Great service, straight forward and no hard selling tactics.

The customer service technician was excellent today.

Grease Monkey and in particular this location is my go to for oil changes. Always a chill and laid back event.
The mechanics were friendly and efficient.
I was in and out super quick! Dominic did an amazing job!
I’ve been coming here for more years than I care to admit. Best staff ever. They really do care about your vehicle and you. Keep up the good work, guys!
Great service, prompt and straightforward. Thanks
As always, these guys did a great job. Highly recommend them for oil changes.
Great team in there! Felt very comfortable getting my tires rotated and oil changed.

Great service, great employees 🫡
Service was fast and easy!
10/10
Quick and easy oil change. Always a positive experience
The cost of an oil change jumped without warning. All signage still had old prices but I was informed verbally of the so called change.
I always get my oil changed here as their prices are right and their customer service is top-notch. They always tell you to stop in to top off any fluids or for air in your tires. today I ran out of washer fluid while driving around, stopped in there and they filled it for me. No questions asked. This is why I’m a repeat customer and so is my whole family.
I have been bringing my vehicles to the Mundelein, Grease Monkey location for years. Everyone has always been honest, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have recommended it to family, friends, acquaintances and even strangers. It is refreshing to find a business that treats its customers like…
air in my tires and check antifreeze and water everything was done to a tee I was very satisfied
Expert advice and prompt personal service sets Grease Monkey apart from competitors!
Great service, fast and accurate, well detailed work. Scott and his crew well recommended..
Great team of workers and friendly, highly recommend. Been going here for years even though I moved I still drive the distance.
Polite and efficient staff. Informative and helpful. Not my usual oil change spot. Oil service light came on prior to driving 3 hrs home. Not sure if this was an error or a service that is no longer offered but I miss having my windows cleaned.
Scott and team do an excellent job every time!
The staff is polite and professional and fast. I trust my car to them completely.
Very good service. They are always knowledgeable and honest with their information and recommendations.great customer service.
Very helpful, not pushy, explained upcoming suggestions but didn’t try to push me to do it now.
Very friendly staff. Had a great experience. Fast service.

I have been going to Grease monkey for over 25 years and have been given amazing service from Scott and the team consistently throughout the years. This past oil change was no different. They’re quick they communicate they make the experience so wonderful and provide so much education on your vehicle!
Always Amazing and even if it’s a full oil change or just a “top off” needed these guys are always the best out there. They even check the tires too!!!
Always a great experience here. Great staff
Just had my oil topped off free of charge between standard oil changes. As usual they got me in and out quickly and gave me helpful advice for my car search.
Was reminded that I can get the oil topped off in between oil changes since my SUV burns oil.
Scott, the manager is awesome
All the staff are wonderful here. Soo helpful and knowledgeable.
Great service. Met the manager, great mechanic, very knowledgeable. Definitely will return for service. Rate 10/10
I travel 30 minutes to go to Grease Monkey . Will never go anywhere else .
Showed up without an appointment at 9 am on a Wednesday and was out within 10 minutes. Even with the $15 coupon it wasn’t cheap (~$106), but the time savings compared to waiting at the dealer are worth it. The staff are professional and work efficiently, sharing recommendations on other maintenance items without being pushy.
Always Friendly and efficient
All I can say is these guys were above and beyond. Wouldn't even allow me to tip them but I did anyway on the sly lol! I'd knocked my side mirror off on one of those construction barrels. I bought a new side mirror off of Amazon. Well this Dodge was no easy repair I asked this guy for his opinion he zipped off my…
Fast and friendly service. Job well done.
Professional and courteous!
Excellent communication and service.
Took less than twenty minutes and that included setting up a new account in the system and very pleasant chitchat! Convenient location from my office and very helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely be back for more services.
Great, friendly service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this store.
The guys were so nice and patient. During the inspection they found a reverse light was out. They replaced the light and did the oil change so fast. A man helped me reset the maintenance light and other settings before sending me off. There's always coupons; I saved $25 off my oil change.
I enjoy going to Grease Monkey! Unlike other places they only suggest what needs to be fixed. There isn’t a hard sell and they treat women with respect. Like we have brains also.
Excellent service and quick turnaround!! Always have a great experience here.
Staff are always professional and fast, good teamwork
Excellent, honest service. The guys at Grease Monkey were very offered a lot of input on what needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done, which is very important). I was very pleased with my experience here!
Very friendly
I bring my Dually here for oil changes a fuel filters. They are alway prompt and they charge accordingly. I would never use a dealer as long as they are around. Never a problem.
Quick and friendly service!
Very helpful and informative. Thank you for servicing my vehicle.
Great, excellent customer service. Above and beyond to help. All the staff are very kind and educated me about my card. THANK YOU!!
Always great service the staff that work there are really nice and helpful. Hope you all enjoyed the lunch!!
I waited about 45 minutes for a simple oil change even though there was only one car ahead of me. The biggest issue, though, was the price. I had previously been paying around $80 for an oil change at a local mom-and-pop shop. At Grease Monkey, I was charged around $160–170 for the exact same basic oil change with…
Very friendly and fast service!
This Grease Monkey team is just the best!
Top notch experience. Very profressional staff and low wait times. I bring my dogs and we sit in the car while they change the oil. It's fun!
I've been coming here for years and they do a fantastic job. One of my neighborhood favorites!
Quick, efficient, personable, and professional
Very easy to deal with and cooperation with explaining the reasoning behind what they’re doing for you polite individuals
The only place i'll ever go to for my car maintenance!! All the guys here are super friendly and always do a quick and fantastic job. They've also always taken the time to show me certain things on my car to watch for for future maintenance. I greatly appreciate all their time and hard work.
Always trustworthy and helpful and they don’t try to push sells when you say no they explain and understand.
Very courteous and quick. Always a good job.
Went in for an oil change and left with my oil changed. Wasn’t pressed to get this and that fix. Good price and people.
Scott and Wes were wonderful. They were quick, efficient, and super accomodating. I appreciate their help and providing answers to any of the questions that I had. This is super rare nowadays. Thanks guys. I will be back and be sure to send people your way.
Got a fresh oil change and was able to use a $15 discount. And they were also able to rotate my tires and caught an important issue with the torquing on them. Will definitely be back for future services!
Outstanding service with a great crew . They look to help and explain how to maintain your car . Manager truly cares and learns your name
Quick, professional and efficient , thorough
Great employees. I’m a regular customer
Reasonably priced! Super fast, the staff was very polite and helpful!
Outstanding Advice. Great conversation after car was serviced. No sales pitch. 5 stars
Great service. Drove right in. 15 minutes later all done and on my way. Didn’t try to upsell me anything. Pleasant to talk to.
Grease Monkey is awesome! Professional, friendly and courteous. I have had some sketchy experiences elsewhere. I have no problem coming back or referring others here. Thank you for the great service you provide. It’s nice leaving and not having to worry about leaks or any other issues.
Does not stock Mobil 1. Limited to duramax branded oil. $110 for full synthetic. If you are in a rush service is fine but at the price might be better to find an alternative.
Honest, reliable, quick and professional. Highly recommended.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, didn’t try to push anything unnecessary. And super quick! will definitely be back
Knowledgeable and fast service!
This Grease Monkey location is fantastic! We've been visiting this location since it's inception and have not once been disappointed. I took my Highlander in this week and again was so happy leaving! Grease Monkey made my oil change quick last week. Lucio took care of me and honestly went above and beyond. friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was good the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about the customer experience, not just getting you in and out. Service was fast, professional,…
Excellent Trustworthy and knowledgeable
Fantastic oil change experience. They listen to all of my fears, answered all of my questions, helped me budget out the work that will need to be done on my car in the future, told me exactly what to expect and what to do. Fantastic patience and great service.
Fantastic service. No BS.
This guy has been taking care of my vehicle for a while I believe he is the manager of the place great service!
Always good service. I’m in and out in the time it would take me to get to my my dealer.
They do a fast oil change and are very friendly. Call before you show up, they will offer you a coupon
They are amazing and super quick! Always my go to.
This is a solid shop. I trust them for my oil changes and they always take care of me quickly.
No waiting…In & Out in minutes! Highly recommend!
Very knowledgeable and professional.
They did a great job. They take time to explain what I need to know. A little expensive, but competitive with everyone else.
Always nice when I come in.
The staff was awesome. Super helpful and friendly. Explained well. The only thing I would tag for improvement is the customer sitting area.
Dropped by for an oil change - was pleasantly surprised at how great this place is. Very professional, very fast, very polite - a splendid service overall.
Always a positive experience, never pressured for upsells, just service needed and on my way. Shout out to Scott!

Love Grease Monkey! Very Professional and fast honest service! Thank you
Always great service and not pushy
In and out quickly.
Quick service with a knowledgable and friendly staff. Some places make you feel like you are a burden on them, Grease Monkey did not do that.
Quick clean professional service every time I come here I feel respected as a customer. They don’t push nonsense on me. They do recommend certain things, but they’re never trying to sell you what you don’t need. PS. Shot out to Scott always sell for.
Scott was absolutely fantastic!!!! Very kind, soft spoken, doesn’t push you to purchase their most expensive products, quick, door to door service. Literally, Scott pulled my car into the shop, pulled it out, and a gentleman.
My son brought the car in for an oil Change only…which he stated. They proceeded to change the cabin filter without his consent and charged him an add’l $53 for that. Very unprofessional, I will look for another oil change provider from now on.
This place is great, I was laughing and enjoying myself while I got my oil changed…I’ll be back for my tire rotation too!!! Thanks Grease Monkey!!!! Franz is amazing!!!
Great service and very knowledge staff.
Great service , however , even with the coupon , it's expensive.
I have been going to Grease Monkey for over a decade and never had a bad experience! Everybody who works there is kind, polite, and knowledgeable. Taking in my car feels less of a chore because they are personable and easy to work with. I always recommend Grease Monkey to my friends.
Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable! The guy helping me out explained everything really clearly and didn’t pressure me to get unnecessary services done. I will be back!
Always a good experience.
Scott and the team are the best! They always do a great job!
Friendly and welcoming staff, Scott is very nice and thorough on his recommendations. Quick and reliable
Had my first oil change done on my brand new car and somehow my car is driving even better. Scott and the whole team at Grease Monkey in Mundelein are honest, sharp, and they take the time to make sure my questions are answered. Thanks for the awesome service!!!
Quick and professional oil change with a thorough inspection. Fixed my windshield washer pipe for free and identified a nail in my tire. Honest and reliable service! Great team.

They are consistently fast, professional, and do a good job.
Frans was a great guy! Everyone was great. I’ll be back!
I meant to write this review a couple of months ago. I called in first thing in the morning, sort of in distress. I was stressed about my car and money. The assistant manager was understanding and helpful. He made sure that at the time that I could come, I was able to get in and back to work in time. The rest of the…
The manager Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything asked him. Will definitely be going back there next oil change.
Great staff and great service!
Always great service by the guys here!
Great service! Very professional. There was an issue with getting the right oil filter, and because I had to wait so long they didn't charge for the filter. They also replaced my tire valve core for free.
Scott and his crew are great!!
Very impressive with their honesty and knowledge in working on the vehicles.
Professional and fast.
Very friendly worker. They take there time checking everything and making sure everything is right before you leave.
Always very nice e and very good service

Service is excellent. The technician made sure fluids were topped off , and proper tire pressure was set. My oil change was performed to exact vehicle standards.

Great service!
They did an awesome job today. They check everything out and told me what needs to be done. I will go back and back to them again in the future. Thank you guys 👍😊
Been going here for years. Scott and the guys always get me in and out quickly. Just an oil change and lube this time, but so fast there is literally no time for a coffee. Nice job, fair price, no wait, what's not to like!
Scott and his team always do a great job and I take my car to them every time I need a full service oil change.
Scott always remembers me and makes me feel good. He is a true expert when it comes to service. Class Act!!! I would have no hesitation or reservations about trusting grease Monkey team with my automobiles. They even let me know when they see wear or issues before hand. Great team!!
Really good service and super friendly. Also recommended some maintenance that they don’t even do - really professional.
Great costumer service Very helpful Friendly Explain everything they were doing. I will diffently come back again.
On a visit for a regular oil change, Scott and his staff found a broken sway bar link, an obvious safety concern for me getting back on the road. The staff went above and beyond, replacing the part in a timely manner and with reasonable cost. They made my truck safe to drive again, treated me with respect, and…
Staff always friendly and very knowledgeable with oil changes and almost anything else including doing my brakes
Nate, Keith and the crew are top-notch! I made a big mess in the engine and the fellas cleaned it up for me! And, with their covid protocols, I did not even need to get out of the car! Thanks crew!
Excellent service & very professional staff. Always willing to go above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
By far, Grease Monkey in Mundelein has been the best for oil changes and car maintenance. These guys are courteous and efficient. I trust them to tell me what work, if any, must be completed and by when. I moved out of Mundelein but will keep my business with facility!
The staff at this location in Mundelein is hard-working and honest. They know what they are doing and work quickly to get me in and out within 15 minutes. If my car needs a replacement part or service they explain why and don't push to have it done. The manager is great. He even added air to my tires while I was in…

Fair and honest. Good people!
Amazing service! They really go above and beyond for their customers.
Excellent experience! Knowledgeable and attentive staff. 10/10!
I trust them with my car to give me the service I need and not take advantage. They do a great job while being professional and friendly. I am particularly very impressed with Scott who I believe is the manager. He is so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I will keep bringing my car back there again and again.
Pauline
Paid for a full service oil change. Which they did just fine. It’s the little things they don’t do anymore which I miss like washing the windshield or vacuuming the car out. Not a big deal but watching them all stand around when they could have one person do these things when they aren’t busy would be nice.
Very friendly and professional, always good experience, even they fixed my hood lock on they own. Amazing. 5 stars
Normally I would give 5 stars. This time they did not complete everything on the check list but marked it completed. Windsheild was not cleaned, now I wonder what else did they not do?
Love that I can stay in my car. Easy in and out. Place to go before you hit the road as they check fluids, tire pressure wipers and lights so you head out safely. Convenience and caring staff is worth the price
Top notch team! Scott and Nate are pros!
I sure would've liked to know the young man's name that synod my pickup. He was very thoughtful and professional. Exactly why I keep goin back to those guys!
They are always very nice but the kid did not do all of the steps. He never checked the tire, or air filter .
Very knowledgeable and excellent service
The team at Grease Monkey is always friendly, courteous and efficient. They are honest and I feel confident in their diagnosis.
. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my oil changed and me back to work during my lunch break. Appreciate it. Will be back
I have been going to this particular grease monkey for probably between 8-10yrs now and the guys are so friendly and helpful and I trust their recommendations always! Highly recommend!!!
Excellent service, fast, efficient and professional. Staff is always friendly and courteous. My family takes all of their cars there for oil changes and other services. I highly recommend Grease Monkey at the Mundelein location.
I have been a customer of Grease Monkey Mundelein for quite a few years. I've always been happy about their professionalism. Today I took my car and the service was subpar... Definitely below average service for $116 synthetic oil change with a $15 coupon. I understand I was the last customer but I felt rushed.…
Everything was done in a fast, efficient & very knowledgeable way. Overall service was excellent. Would recommend to everyone.
I moved to the area last year and I’m very happy to have this location near home. The manager and other employees are always friendly and efficient. I went in for my third service today, and as usual, it was a positive experience.
The employees were very kind and provided me with great recommendations to keep my car running great!
Overall pretty bad, and I won't be going back. Stopped here in a pinch for an oil change and for advertising a "15 minute oil change" it certainly took much longer. I had a coupon (which was honored) but the parts of the offer that were listed (tire check, cleaned windshield) were not completed although they…
Nick was awesome
I cannot prove this but, I got my oil changed here in February and a month ago I noticed drops of oil under my car then turned into a slow stream. I took my car to a mechanic shop and he said the drain plug on the oil pan was stripped and silicone was used to seal and hold it in place. It ended up costing me $380.00…
Very professional and friendly guys.
I have been going to Grease monkey for years. I trust the mechanics here more than any other place I have used. Scott is professional, honest, and a great communicator. Nate has worked on my car several times and at this most recent visit, rectified problems caused by the dealership’s work. He is smart and extremely…
Helpful, pleasant & friendly staff.
I went in for an oil change for my honda civic. Horrible service firsr of the young lady who was the tech looked lost and she was busy in her phone instead of doing her job. She pretended to put air in my tires. She never checked my cabin filter or the exterior lights. Which I needed that light fixed had she done…
Love this place. I've been coming for over 2 years. They always get ne in a d out fast and email me coupons!
Tech was the best I have ever had, at any oil change shop, especially at grease monkey. Genuine nice person, delivered above and beyond service, and showed me about my breaks. Offered to install them so I will be safer on the road. Even wrote down what I needed to buy at the auto store, didn’t even need to ask about…
excellent service, teamwork at its best
The best place EVER! So kind and fast !
The techs here are wonderful! When my old car was litterly falling apart, they were able to put it back together to make it last a bit longer. I now have a new car and trust them with it as well. They don't try to sell you what you don't need and always answer questions. They're quick and efficient and very fairly…
Establishment is not open until 6pm on Saturday. Google even states that this fact was in fact confirmed by the business within the last 6 weeks. I can confirm it's not. 5pm is closing time. Just trying to save someone some time. Thanks
I got to grease monkey regularly to get my oil changed. Nate and Scott always take such good care of me. If it weren’t for them I’d just have my mechanic do the job. But over the years they’ve made me a loyal customer. 10/10 will always come back. They always make sure I get the best deal and do extras that another…

Nick was absolutely amazing. He took his time and explained everything. He was beyond kind! Everybody is always nice when he went above and beyond!
Wonderful service 😎👍🏻
Nick explained into detail about my air filter. Which needed to be changed since it was about 14 years old... No pressure or anything just trying to build a good relationship to come on back. Which I will definitely be stopping here for any other needs for the car. He also fixed my front plate holder. Great service.
NICK WAS AMAZING, did a great job and Nick makes it an easy and smooth experience everytime. Nick thank you for spending time at VA too. Thank you for your service and keep helping others with a smile. You were great Nick!
The service was fast and of high quality.
Nick the sign spinner brought me in!
Took my car to a separate grease monkey the car leaked oil the entire time after getting my oil changed this grease monkey not only took my. They fixed the issue.
I went in for the first time today and the service is amazing Scott helped me out with my headlight problem’s and I got an oil change that was faster then any other place I’ve been I couldn’t recommend this place any more 10 out 5 stars ⭐️ Great great place!!!
Employees were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail so that I could understand. Will definitely go again and recommend. There was a ling line to get in probably because of the great service but soon as I got in was in and out in a timely manner.
Won’t go anywhere else! The service is amazing and finally found a spot where I trust the staff.

Ive had great service here for three times now. Keith has been fantastic! He even fixed a long time rattle. I’m very pleased with their knowledge and work.
This is my second visit to Grease Monkey. I like the ease of getting my car oil changed and the staff have been very nice to work with each time. I'll definitely go there again.
Very friendly staff and reasonably priced services.
Grease monkey in the bay beside my car , taking a personal phone call with one hand, let the coiled air hose fly out of his other hand and into the side of my car. Walked away without an apology and me standing 10 feet away.
Quick professional service. Scott and crew are top notch who always go above and beyond. They are always more than helpful in between oil changes as well, tire air fill up and fluid top off are fast and efficient.

The staff are kind, helpful, and very experienced. They complete jobs in a timely manner and complete them efficiently. Highly recommended business.
I sat there for over 30 minutes with only one car ahead of me I will never go thier again! just to get in. I could see the person in front of me just sit for ten minutes just talking to people in the garage while I just sat thier. the longest quick oil change I ever had at least an hour.
They did an engine flush to help with a lifter problem.
Went there twice. The employees are kind and efficient. I appreciate that they use the online coupons automatically without me needing to pull it up or mention it. My car has <45k miles. First visit, they recommended high mileage oil. I always get synthetic, but was feeling anxious and went with it. The second…
The gentleman that helped me was professional, very kind and efficient! I love Grease Monkey because they are quick and I have the option to sit in my car during the oil change, this way I am able to multi-task. Cheers to Grease Monkey in Mundelein!
I have been a customer for years. Continues to be quick, efficient, professional., and reasonably priced.
BEST oil change EVER! I called at 5pm and Miguel answered. He was so welcoming and said ‘no appointment needed c’mon in!’ Miguel took great care of my car and I was out in 15 minutes! Scott the manager was very professional and friendly. He discussed the pil types recommended for my car and was very knowledgeable.…
Quick, friendly service. We will defiantly be back.
When I take my vehicles to Grease Monkey, I feel confident that their service technicians are performing only necessary services and they are doing them well. Their prices are competitive and they offer free top-offs.
It is always a pleasure working with the professional team at Grease Monkey. They have been my go-too shop for 20 years!! They go above and beyond, as I frequently ask them other questions about my cars, and they pass along their extensive car knowledge to me. Very helpful and comforting! Doug
Great job, friendly service. Thanks guys!!
Went to this location for the first time for an oil change & the wait wasn’t too bad. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the guy who helped me out. He was super nice & nothing but professional. Definitely will go back. I also liked that it’s a drive thru so you don’t have to get out.
TERRIBLY POOR SERVICE.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! BEWARE!!! I came in for an oil change. I was charged and left the facility only to find out 1 hour later that they DID NOT added oil to the car and left the car without oil and oil cap. Since we were 30 minutes away, after a call back to them, someone showed up where we…
They were fast and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I'll be back.
First time here and the staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and performed the oil change efficiently. Will be coming back.
Always professional and honest.
Scott and his crew are just great! They are fast and efficient and very trustworthy! My only go to spot
Hard working crew, professionally taken care of. Well done!
Grease Monkey changed the oil and filter but did not do any of the other services that are supposed to be included with an oil change. Upon arrival I told them my tires were squealing lately and they said putting air in the tires is part of the service. They didn't do this and the tires squeal just as much as…
My local Grease Monkey has ALWAYS been reliable with the same staff and the same great service. The service and quality of work has always been great. I've never had any issues.
Quick service with good feedback on services performed, great job!

This was my first visit. Great, knowledgeable service.
Scott was super nice and helpful! Very professional and friendly, and I was in and out of there in no time 😄
Super fast and efficient- was out of there in less than 15 minutes! staff was super friendly and knowledgeable!
Excellent service!
The crew at Grease Monkey are kind, courteous, and genuine. I never felt that I was being taken advantage of. Their knowledge and expertise and professionalism are outstanding. Scott is amazing!!!
The entire team is friendly, kind, and answers all my questions. They are not pushy, truly only recommending what is best for each car uniquely. The staff is professional and curious each time I go there! I will come to this location for anything I need! Great overall experience.
The Mundelein Grease Monkey is the place I rely on to keep my vehicles moving and well cared-for! The staff is professional and reliable and the service is the best around!
Service was quick and professional, and I appreciate that no one tried to sell me more than I had come in for.
They didn’t fasten the splash guard back into place and it ripped off when I was driving home. I called them regarding this issue and whoever I spoke with (they did not provide a name) was dismissive and disrespectful when I asked about getting this repaired by my local dealer as I obviously didn’t have any faith in the services provided by this place
Scott was wonderful! I went in for an oil change and he was friendly and also very efficient. I knew I needed new windshield wipers and he replaced them on the spot for me as well. As I was pulling out of the garage he heard a rattling against my muffler and fixed that for me as well! I was expecting to spend so…
I'm a lifetime customer because of the manager Scott. He goes above and beyond the call of duty!
I've been to the Grease Monkey in Mundelein probably about 10 times, and they're always helpful, easy to work with, done on time, and seem honest.
Awesome folks at the Mundelein location on the corner of midlothian and 176. Would recommend to everyone needing an oil change or other automobile services.
The service was great, and they were honest about everything. Very happy with the experience.
Not only was the pit crew efficient, they were knowledgeable and friendly - the best service I’ve ever received getting an oil change. They cleaned the outside of all my windows and filled up my tires as well! I will be coming back here for future visits without a doubt! Highly recommend!!!
We have brought all of our vehicles to Grease Monkey in Mundelein. They are professional and prompt in addition to being very friendly. Whether it's been an oil change, headlamp, or new windshield wipers, they provided great service. It's nice to have a place in town where you feel comfortable and would recommend to friends.
Great service. Fast quick easy.

I arrived without an appointment although I had called before going to see if icould stay in the car. The answer was a very kind yes. The service provider was professional, courteous, quick, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I me. I had previous experience at this shop getting air in my tires and a oil top off and…

Good people, great service and they don’t push products on you every time!
Very nice place of business. Only place I go. Great customer service always. Nice deals.
Only place that my car ever gets serviced. I never have to worry about level of care . Awesome guys.
Great place to take care of your car. They work hard for you. Dan Wagemann
The staff here are outstanding. They found an oil leak in my turbo and provided guidance on how to get it evaluated and repaired in a cost efficient manner. They evaluate quite a bit during an oil change and provide great advice for corrective actions as needed. Tremendous value!
Fast oil change and I didn't have to wait. Also liked that I was promptly provided a paid invoice detailing what was done and what fluid levels and etc were checked on the car. Great job. Thank you.
The men who work here are so friendly and very knowledgeable. They tell me what my car needs without pressuring me into doing it on the spot. They have never steered me wrong. I highly recommend.
Fast, friendly, professional. Excellent job.
The service is so fast here and they have great customer service!!!
Keith was very professional! Quick service, everything was done quickly and in front of the customer and best part was I was able to sit in the car with my toddler while getting my oil changed! Will be a regular here! Thanks for great service!
Efficient, priced fairly and allowed my own oil to be used.
I've been going here since before it was Grease Monkey. Some of the same staff, too. Always fast, respectful, educational (I have a curious 9 yr old) and well priced. I trust them over anyone else with my vehicles.
Always appreciate the quick and quality experience at Grease Monkey.
These guys have great customer service. They took the time to give my dog porter water and they were really hard working guys. Thank You!
Very efficient, answered questions, good attitude. Overall a pleasant experience.
These guys are simply the best, no matter who is working. Great customer service!!!!
Quick service, friendly tech who didn't try to sell me EVERY service available
They were quick, verified the exact services that I wanted (type of oil and tire rotation) and a huge plus is that they are open on Sunday which is my only day off work. Wore masks too for my safety as well as theirs
Very nice young men. Very sweet and proper. Excellent job every time I go in.
They were fabulous I love to go there
This was my first experience with drive through car service and it set the bar very high for any future ones. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient and the whole experience from entrance to exit took less than half an hour.
I live in the city currently, but drive out here because I trust the people working on my car. Everyone is always pleasant and they get you in and out. Totally worth the hour drive to go to a trusted place!
