The staff was friendly and very informative. I didn’t realize I came close to closing and they still took care of me and made sure to let me know what was going on with my car and had me out quick. They we’re friendly, I would recommend. I have an old 2007 Audi and they were able to work on it and have me in and out.

The cost of an oil change jumped without warning. All signage still had old prices but I was informed verbally of the so called change.
I always get my oil changed here as their prices are right and their customer service is top-notch. They always tell you to stop in to top off any fluids or for air in your tires. today I ran out of washer fluid while driving around, stopped in there and they filled it for me. No questions asked. This is why I’m a repeat customer and so is my whole family.

Just had my oil topped off free of charge between standard oil changes. As usual they got me in and out quickly and gave me helpful advice for my car search.
Was reminded that I can get the oil topped off in between oil changes since my SUV burns oil.

I travel 30 minutes to go to Grease Monkey . Will never go anywhere else .
Showed up without an appointment at 9 am on a Wednesday and was out within 10 minutes. Even with the $15 coupon it wasn’t cheap (~$106), but the time savings compared to waiting at the dealer are worth it. The staff are professional and work efficiently, sharing recommendations on other maintenance items without being pushy.

The guys were so nice and patient. During the inspection they found a reverse light was out.They replaced the light and did the oil change so fast. A man helped me reset the maintenance light and other settings before sending me off. There's always coupons; I saved $25 off my oil change.
I enjoy going to Grease Monkey! Unlike other places they only suggest what needs to be fixed. There isn’t a hard sell and they treat women with respect. Like we have brains also.
