I hired Christopher to do a pre-listing appraisal of my house. He took the time to explain his detailed appraisal, as well as current market conditions. He went the extra step to contact the broker of a recently listed house in my complex to gauge the effect of current demand on likely prices above his appraisal based on past sales. I highly recommend him both for his expertise and his patient and clear explanations of his methodology.
