I would give 10 stars if I could! I cannot speak highly enough about this company from the first point of contact to the staff that worked in our home. They were professional and thorough, and did an outstanding job with our post construction mayhem. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Beatriz and your amazing staff. We are so grateful!
I recently had an outstanding experience with Green Grout, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I was initially a little concerned about coordinating everything from out of town, but the entire process was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Their communication was exceptional, from the initial quote all the way through to the completed job. I manage my mother’s home, which we recently started renting out. The tile and grout had never been professionally cleaned since my parents purchased the home in 2001. Needless to say, the grout was extremely dirty, to the point where much of it had turned black. I was amazed at the transformation! Their cleaning and sealing service brought the tile and grout back to looking practically brand new. What impressed me just as much as the results was the team itself. Everyone at Green Grout was trustworthy, kind, respectful, and professional in every way. It’s not always easy finding a company you can confidently trust to work in a home when you’re not physically there, but Green Grout exceeded my expectations. And to top it all off, their pricing was more competitive than the other companies I contacted before booking! Exceptional service, outstanding results, fair pricing, and wonderful people. I will absolutely use Green Grout again and again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for professional tile and grout cleaning. Bruno, Beatriz and the entire Green Grout team were exceptional. The office was courteous and professional and very responsive. The team that worked in our home was meticulous in their preparation and application. It was artistry. It was very clear that they take much pride in their work and take the time an effort to make sure the job is prepped and completed properly. 100% would use them again as well as recommend them for anyone looking to seal and/or stain their grout. Very satisfied customer.

Green Grout cleaned, sealed, and restored my tile and grout in July 2020 and provided a 10-year warranty upon completion. Recently, I contacted them regarding a warranty issue and quickly discovered that warranty support appears to be nonexistent. After making a phone call and sending a follow-up email, I received no response. It seems they are happy to answer sales inquiries but ignore customers once warranty service is needed. A warranty is only valuable if a company stands behind it, and unfortunately that has not been my experience.

I really like Green Grout. I have used them multiple times. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are Flexible, responsible, and do a great job.. Beatrice Is terrific. She is so easy to work with and really makes an effort to accommodate. I would definitely recommend them.

Very impressed with this excellent company. I usually meet with three venders before choosing one. Bruno was really experienced. After speaking with him about the job and the background of the company (family run) I decided to book the job. I must say they did an incredible job! The bathroom tile looks perfect. Beatriz was very pleasant to work with. They were able to give me an estimate right away via pictures submitted. The team, including Lucas, was super polite and did what appears to be a very nice and neat job on all of our tiles, floors and bath and backsplash.
