I am very pleased from the start job assessment to completion. A team of three professionals came to insulate my attic as scheduled. They arrived in the morning with all the necessary materials and equipment, ready to get the job done. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they knew exactly what needed to be done. They completed all the work in just two hours and left my home spotless. All at Green home logic were a pleasure to work with on our attic insulation project. They also took case of the energy rebate paperwork, and provided photos of the finished work. Like most in our neighborhood, our building is circa 1910 so we had some really old insulation in the space between our ceiling and roof. Green home logic installed insulation throughout the space and we’ve already noticed this funky smell we had is gone. Here’s to a warmer winter on our top floor! I highly recommend this company for any insulation needs.

I had reached out to Green home Logic a few years back and had an energy assessment done. At that time I was not able to move forward with the work. Fast forward a few years and I reached back out to Jon and arranged for an updated quote. Jon worked with me to make sure everything would be compliant to qualify for rebates, and then Miguel and crew were extremely professional, courteous and left the area where they worked spotless. Hoping I will see lower energy bills moving forward. Highly recommend Green Home Logic.

Highly recommend Green Home Logic. I reached out through the NYSERDA Comfort Home program and they initially came to do a free home energy assessment. They communicated well and showed up on time. I decided to move ahead with insulation for my house, which was a pretty big project over two days. The team was very professional and did a great job with cleaning up after themselves. There was one minor issue with the patching, but when I reached out about it the team was quick to dispatch someone to come back and fix it same day. Very happy with their work and having a more comfortable and efficient home.

Green Home Logic just completed the insulation work in our home after Jon conducted the energy audit a few weeks ago. Our home is challenging as there are 4 separate attic spaces as the house had 2 separate additions installed many years ago. The team showed up on time and it seemed as if they held a briefing meeting as each of the 6 gentlemen knew exactly what their task was. They installed baffles in all the rafter vents, built "dams" by each attic entrance, blew in 18" of cellulose in all the areas, installed a zippered attic tent in the pull down attic stairs as well as a handful of other energy saving procedures. They left the premises clean (even used their own vacuum to clean where their drop cloths were) and completed the job in one day. The crew was respectful and treated us and our home with dignity and professionalism. Thank you Green Home Logic!

We recently had our home insulated and air sealed, and overall the experience was excellent from start to finish. Green Home Logic was the main contractor responsible for the attic and basement work, including blown-in fiberglass insulation and full air sealing of the attic floor. We would like to especially thank Miguel and his team from Green Home Logic for their professionalism, efficiency, and quality workmanship. They worked quickly and cleanly, and the difference in comfort is already noticeable in terms of quieter rooms and more stable temperatures. During the basement work, I noticed that the water heater vent had become damaged and separated from the chimney wall. Miguel and his team addressed the issue immediately on the spot while they were working in the basement, ensuring it was properly secured and safe—this was greatly appreciated and showed their attention to detail and care for the home beyond just insulation work. They also coordinated the insulation scope with their subcontractor, Econo-Therm Insulation Co., who are specialists in removing aluminum siding and installing dense-pack cellulose insulation through exterior wall access points. A special thank you to Daniel and his team from Econo-Therm for their excellent work, care, and efficiency throughout the exterior wall insulation process. The team arrived right on time at 8:30AM and completed the entire job by about 1:30PM—very efficient, clean, and professional work in about 5 hours total. A special thank you to Chelsea for seamless coordination with all paperwork and scheduling—it made the entire process very smooth and organized. Also thank you to Geoffrey, who came out to inspect and provide a second estimate to ensure all of my concerns were properly addressed, especially regarding insulation type and proper handling of the aluminum siding removal and reinstallation. We had dense-pack cellulose installed into the exterior walls (through small core holes under the siding), along with attic air sealing and a deep layer of blown-in insulation in the attic. Everything was explained clearly beforehand, including why certain areas of our 1960 Cape needed attention and how the process would improve comfort and efficiency. The crews were respectful of the property, worked quickly but carefully, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and worked very efficiently as a team. Since the installation, the house already feels quieter and more stable in temperature, which is a great early sign that the improvements are working as intended. Overall, a smooth, professional experience and I would highly recommend both Green Home Logic and Econo-Therm Insulation Co. to anyone looking to significantly improve insulation and comfort in their home.

the best contractor experience I've ever had - by a long shot. This was the third company I had bid on my attic job and they were the only one that didn't try to push spray foam. The proposal itself was very reasonable and they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, which was also a welcoming surprise. The crew was clean and extremely quick. In addition to air sealing, adding blown fiberglass over my existing batts, adding soffit baffles, they also installed a storage platform for my seasonal decorations. Solid. I had a minor issue with my bathroom duct, and Geoff himself came out within a day and fixed it perfectly. No fuss. Everything was professional, prompt, and exceeded the standard of how contractors should treat their customers. A++++ I can't recommend them enough and will surely do that to anyone that needs insulation services.

Very thorough. Removed all the old insulation from attic, air sealed it, and blew in new cellulose. They also finished the entire job in a little less than 5 hours which I was very impressed with.
