Customers frequently praise Green Lite Windows & Doors for punctual appointments, professional communication, and fair pricing on window and door installations. Many reviewers highlight the team's efficiency, clean work sites, and high-quality craftsmanship for both standard and custom projects. However, a minority of negative reviews cite significant issues with long wait times for quotes, poor follow-up on repairs, and installation errors such as incorrect measurements and inadequate insulation.

Josh and his team at Green Lite were absolutely fantastic. Efficient, considerate, kind, clean, great value price, and an absolute pleasure to work with. By far the best contractor experience I've ever had in my home.

Kyle, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a fantastic experience with Josh and the team at Green Lite Windows & Doors. Our goal is to provide excellent service, and it’s great to know that our efforts made a positive impact on your home project. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we truly appreciate your support. If there's anything else we can help with in the future, just let us know!
Josh and the guys were professional throughout the entire process and worked quickly and extremely efficiently. The windows are of great quality and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs a great window guy. We had a few different companies give us bids and they seemed so generic and impersonal with their bids, Josh and crew were friendly and professional and on time, he also has many payment options which made that a breeze as well, what else needs to be said? A 100% positive experience

Thank you Jack, it was a pleasure as well working with you and your wife ! Thank you both so much for the kind works and your valued business
Been waiting since July 10th for that screen door and window screen price. Good job on blowing off a loyal customer..... My loyalty went elsewhere. Got a price and an appointment all done on the first phone call.

Patrick truly sorry for my forgetfulness. The manufacturer was closed down by the company that bought them and didn’t get back to me and I forgot to fallow up on it… I take the blame and apologize for this. You are a loyal client and as we do not do screens was trying to help you as a good client
Toby and Robert were the ultimate gentlemen and their work was outstanding. Looking forward to working with them again... hopefully in the spring! Thank you!

Thank you so much Bob for the wonderful review and for recommending Green Lite to your clients. Appreciate you
I am very pleased with Greenlite Windows & Doors. They have done 2 jobs for us so far and will probably do more. From the first contact with Roger things went smoothly. Josh came out to take a look at the door that needed replacement in a timely manner. Toby and Robert did a great job. I asked them to do a second job. They replaced a door in our garage and again their work is excellent. I will definitely call them again. These guys are pros. Thank you guys! I appreciate you.

Thank you so much Mr Marin, was a pleasure working for you. Thank you for your valued business and kind words. See you this summer for your front door
I recently had 4 windows and a sliding glass door installed by Green Lite Windows and Doors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Roger provided a clear and fair quote without any pressure, and the installation by Josh was quick and meticulous. Everything was delivered on time, exactly as promised, with no surprises. The pricing was very fair, and the quality of the windows and door has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Green Lite for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and hassle-free service!
