Google reviewers rate Green Touch Dry Cleaning 4.5 out of 5 based on 54 reviews, frequently praising the staff's friendliness, professional demeanor, and ability to handle urgent requests like same-day turnarounds or special alterations. Customers also note the convenient drive-thru access, after-hours drop-off box, and reasonable pricing for services including dry cleaning, steaming, and pressing. However, lower-rated feedback highlights recurring issues with garments returning with new stains, excessive wrinkles, or missing items, alongside complaints about billing discrepancies and a lack of price adjustments when equipment malfunctions delay service completion.

Super friendly staff, convenient drive-thru, great hours and fast turn around time. They even go out of their way to have your item ready the same day or next day if you urgently need it. Don’t go anywhere else!

Excellent job
my husband came to get his uniform dry cleaned. instead of doing their job correctly, the uniform came back with an extra stain that wasn’t there before. like a nasty tomato stain. he asked for them to redo it and they said there’s nothing they can do.. that if they cleaned it again that he would have the pay for the stain THEY made. will not be coming back.
best place for true high quality dry cleaning in the valley! reasonably priced & fast!
