Cassady, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you feel this way. Our records show that the original order was not for a 20-yard dumpster as stated in your review. Additionally, you received a 16-yard dumpster at the discounted rate of $350 rather than the standard $400 rate for that size. The dumpster size, rental terms, and pickup expectations were established at the time of booking and acknowledged when the order was placed. During the rental period, we did not receive any concerns regarding the dumpster size or pickup schedule. These issues were first raised only after an outstanding balance remained on the account due to excess weight over the amount included in the rental, which remains unpaid. At no point did we state that the situation was your fault. We simply explained that there appeared to be a misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding the order details. Had these concerns been brought to our attention during the rental period, we would have gladly worked to address them. We take pride in treating all customers fairly and professionally. Had these concerns been communicated during the rental period, we would have gladly worked toward a resolution. While we respect your right to share your experience, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of the events described in this review. We wish you and your family all the best.
