Generally really like and appreciate GreenHow.... but we just had some ants in the middle of winter and they wanted to charge a very large fee for visiting even though we already pay for annual service. I didn't actually hire them. I needed a simple inspection for the town to show there are no pests. I had to sign a 10 page waiver, provide all my personal information, register on their website, put my credit card on file, and sign up for auto pay. Really? For a 1 time visit?
