I called yesterday afternoon and they arrived the next morning to get rid of a yellow jack nest inside the eves of my house. I was unable to be at home during the operation but got detailed explanation and pictures. They went above and beyond to take care of my problem and let me know about other issues I may need to be aware.

The young man who showed to do the treatment needed to be told about gates and how they work on the farm. Not that this is a farm, but he felt the gate could remain open while he did the treatment as the dogs would be in the house. I had to explain that my beagle was a “runner” and if I happened to go outside, he’d sneak out the door then through the open gate and on his way to freedom. This beagle’s motto was “To live like someone left the gate open.” Sooooo, this young man and I talked about gates, if you approach and it’s closed you walk through and immediately close it. If it’s open, you walk through and leave it open. Next time you see him, ask him what he learned. I hope I made a lasting impression upon him.

We had our home sprayed inside and out and also the rodent traps checked and new "food" put in the black boxes. Everything was wonderful. Nick was polite and thorough with everything and suggested some openings in our bricks that need repair.
