Customers frequently praise Greenix technicians for their thoroughness, punctuality, and clear communication regarding pest elimination and home safety. Recurring themes include detailed follow-up reports, professional explanations of treatment methods, and successful long-term removal of rodents and insects. However, low-star reviews highlight significant issues with missed appointments, unexplained subscription lock-ins, cancellation fees, and instances where treatments failed to resolve infestations without offering refunds.
