Just signed up for the service plan and received our first treatment for a bee and wasp issue in the front yard. Very satisfied with the prompt service and smooth onboarding process. So far so good!
Quick response time. Treatment was effective quickly and no sign of repopulation at this time. I would work with Greenix again if I found the need.
Very knowledgeable technician. Gave great explanations on treatment
Great at relaying the process. The Tech was great.
My technician Ryan was very thorough. He patiently listened to me tell him about my reoccurring wasp problem and he made sure to treat all the holes thoroughly even when one came out of the hole and went after him! He did not run and call it quits he doubled down and looked for the errant wasp to make sure it was dead.
