I just had pest control service last Friday. There were still many insects left after the third day. They said that this kind of insects are not included in your service and need to pay extra. When I just signed the contract, they didn’t tell me that there were other services. I feel cheated.
Scott did a thorough job and am glad I was home when he came so we talk insects.

Tyler was very nice and professional. Took time at the beginning to address our areas of concern and did a thorough job applying the pest repellants.

Friendly service providers but I have not seen any improvement in our pest control. They cleared all the spiders webs from our home and treated the areas and with in a week all the spiders and their webs are back.
Great people and very knowledgeable. I just need a heads up a couple days when they're coming out and I hear from the person coming out the day of. Just frustrating.
