Philip Nielsen was the technician that serviced my. Home for a possible biting bug infestation. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would give him 5 for his great work and attention to detail! Thanks so much!!! GH
Edit: 10/15/2026: Ethan came out today and sprayed and filled the bait boxes. I am in my third month of service and we no longer have mice as far as I can tell. I did fill a hold outside that they were getting in and put traps in the house and filled a hole in the house as well. I think the bait traps are what…

Hi Greenix! Jordan was here today and before he treated my house and lawn, we chatted about what I needed. He was most knowledgeable and very polite. Also very well trained. Thank and kudos to Jordon!
When Catherine arrived she asked my concerns and shared what else she was planning on accomplishing. When finished she shared what he accomplished and followed up with pictures.
Jordan was very methodical in getting at those insects that cause me problems, like spiders trying to get inside, webbing my windows and nasty wasps. I particularly love that he used tools that applied spray and granular products that bugs hate. Refilled baiting stations to rid the area of mice. Great job, Jordan.
Very detailed in what he did to our home. They are always so quick and professional and keep in touch with you if early, late or close to your house.
Thank you Josh for your expertise and great communication on our October application. The Box Edler bugs continue to fall to their demise. Thank you very much!
Jayden did a great job and was very efficient
I paid $300 for wasp and general insect treatment. They came and knocked around with a brush on a pole and did a spot powder treatment. They did not do the general bug treatment that was a part of my contact even when I asked about it. The next day I go out and find a really obvious hornet nest that they missed. I…

I had a great experience with Samantha and Davonte. Yellowjackets were coming into our house they were able to identify the location inside the house quickly, give me some tips on what to do right after they used their spray/powder and did an external sweep of the house for other pests. They were very direct and kind with their service.

Emil Williams was informative, pleasant and efficient. I have had a ongoing problem with tiny flies. She said she was sure they were breeding and coming out of our drains. She gave me the advice of bleach, apple cider vinegar and a little Dawn. Said to do this for a couple weeks. That should solve the problem.
Nick is my guy! Very helpful, showed photo evidence of areas of concern. Very quick to respond and take care of our pest issues. Said if there’s anything that comes up before their next scheduled visit to let them know and they’ll take care of it!
