Daniel did a great job. Explained everything that he was treating outside.
Brian was very good. He communicated that he was arriving, what he was going to do and followed up after the service. He was very knowledgeable and supported me on my concerns of pest control service.
Nate went above and beyond— in addition to my usual services, he noticed some concerning areas that needed attention and was back the next day to do so—excellent communication and attention to detail.
Samantha was amazing and we would like her every time.
August, We're very pleased with the results of your service. Thorough and professional. We appreciate your summary and photos. We'll done, August! Thanks!!
Dr. Dre kept me in the loop as to when he was coming and what his plan was. He asked questions and had responses to all of them. I appreciated that this was done. I could let him know of our issues.
Dr. Dre did an awesome job on our yard.
Nick and Alex from Greenix, as well as some of the Greenix admin team, have been easy to communicate with, provide accurate updates and observations, and have proven trustworthy to have on our property when we aren’t there. The pet safe and eco responsible products they use work just as well if not better than the…
Our technician, Jonathon was very professional and informative and took the time to answer questions we had.
Obediah (Oby) provided excellent service, and I am very grateful for it! He made sure all areas of the house were inspected, performed the necessary service, and sent me a report explaining what he had done. I am very impressed with his quality of service! Thanks, Oby!
Great job covering concerns treated needed areas.
Emil Williams was informative, pleasant and efficient. I have had a ongoing problem with tiny flies. She said she was sure they were breeding and coming out of our drains. She gave me the advice of bleach, apple cider vinegar and a little Dawn. Said to do this for a couple weeks. That should solve the problem.
Brian took care of my yard today and did a great job! He stayed in touch being I wasn’t home. He sent pictures and went above and beyond for me. Thank you!!
Nick was fantastic! Greenix Techs are always so friendly and helpful!
Great at communicating and explaining in detail their services that they performed. Friendly staff! Mikey was great! Would recommend. Another update after having Greenix come out a few times. Staff are accommodating and very friendly down to earth people to talk to. Feels like a local friends business instead of a…
This was a HORRIBLE experience. I signed a contract with Greenix Pest Control only after I specifically asked whether it could be canceled because my employment situation was uncertain. Their representative, Cooper, clearly told me that it could. I relied on that assurance when signing. Now that my employment…
Oby did a great job with our flea, tick, and mosquito prevention. He was professional and communicated well.
Obediah was very thorough with making sure all areas of the property were taken care of including an ant colony we are currently battling in the yard. He took time to talk with me and clarify the process and communication. He took many pictures of the work being done and notes for the future visit! Thanks for a great job Obediah
Excellent detail to the application process!
Thank you for getting us ready for the 4th of July. Our service pro Phillip N did a thorough job!
Eric did a great job today!
Daniel is very professional. I appreciate his commitment and communication serving our yard
Mikey is awesome. One of the best I’ve had to come treat my yard.
Contacted Rover, now Greenix, over the weekend when we discovered carpenter ants. They were able to schedule for someone to come to the home today, in-between their scheduled appointments between 10-4. I received a text message from the technician letting me know he was in route. He went thru what their service…
Brady stopped by today and went above and beyond not only explaining everything about the product and services, he even climbed up on the roof to inspect and relieve all of my concerns! I couldn't ask for better customer service or a more honest quote! I highly recommend Brady and the Greenix family for all of your…
Great service for the price
Dan did a thorough job with our spring treatment. I’m looking forward to a bug freee summer.
Samantha serviced my home and was wonderful. She sent a text just before she arrived and was very detailed in her treatment of my house and yard. She even took pictures to show me what she accomplished. Highly recommend Greenix and Samantha!
Great service! Very helpful and friendly.
The lady was very courteous. Came to the door to explain why she was there . Did the spraying for a few minutes and left.
They do a wonderful job. I had hornets that were in my stucco by my front door. It was crazy. They came right away and took care of the problem. We would get attacked every day when we were using our front door. I’m part of their membership. Takes care of so much. So worth it.
Obediah was really informative with the treatment plan and considerate of my timing needs. He made it really easy for me to continue with my work from home schedule and childcare pick up routine. I appreciate the extra effort he put in.

These people are very knowledgeable in their field and excellent at explaining the process.
Dan was exceptionally polite full on respectfully to our home and pets. He did a great job!
They allowed me to cancel due to dissatisfaction, when I called 2 months later to cancel they had a change of heart complete 180, a lady answered the phone saying she's a specialist and was unable to answer any of my simple questions or explanations, please do not say you're a specialist if you don't know your job.
We have been using Greenix since they took over for Rove. Dan was out today and did a great job. Even sent photos of the items he was taking care of while on site. Thank you!
Daniel, did an outstanding job! He called ahead and let us know he was coming and then he performed an awesome service for our home! I’ve been with Greenix (Rove) pest control for years. They’ve always been great!

Dr Dre came out and was thorough with the service he preformed. Highly recommend
Customer Service is horrible; they make it very difficult to place additional trouble calls. Products don't work, they always say wait two weeks for it to work, but the bugs and insects never go away, it's always bad. They lock you in for 18 months and can't cancel, even though they are not doing what they said they would do.
Dan did a great job with our initial treatment. Looking forward to working with Greenix going forward!
Payton did a GREAT JOB. Good to have him treat our estate. Thank you.
Efficient and did everything as asked. Very pleased!
Thankyou for the service
I don’t usually take the time to review things that I have done, but I feel that this company is absolutely outstanding in its field.Saree was our treatment expert that treated our house for mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas today. He went out of his way to make sure our yard and even beyond into the woods was well…

Excellent job keeping me up to date with a breakdown of each task and sending pictures as the work is getting done. Thank you!
