Phone call said exterminate cuz residents have been stung twice, appt staff said they are protected and cant exterminate. That pissed me off
I had a great experience with Samantha and Davonte. Yellowjackets were coming into our house they were able to identify the location inside the house quickly, give me some tips on what to do right after they used their spray/powder and did an external sweep of the house for other pests. They were very direct and kind with their service.
Our technician August is the best. He is very thorough and already sends us texts on when he is coming and all the details of what he did. Love him!
We noticed an improvement, no ants, wasp going away and other insects. Satisfied so far.
Obediah (Oby) was awesome to work with. He listened to my concerns, arrived ready and fully armed with anti bug and critter weapons, and he was sure to communicate what he was doing, how it works and what to expect!
Jordan was super helpful and informative when clearing out the spiders in our new home. He showed us our problem areas and explained the reasoning behind the pests. He also found hornets nests where we hadn’t seen them before and sprayed those for us. I have so much more peace of mind knowing that we can call them up if we have any more problems!
Obediah (Oby) provided excellent service, and I am very grateful for it! He made sure all areas of the house were inspected, performed the necessary service, and sent me a report explaining what he had done. I am very impressed with his quality of service! Thanks, Oby!

They were able to come out the very next day to deal with our bee, carpenter ant, and spider issues. What a literal life saver! Jill, our tech, was very informative and understanding. I have already recommended their services to 3 of my neighbors.

They do a wonderful job. I had hornets that were in my stucco by my front door. It was crazy. They came right away and took care of the problem. We would get attacked every day when we were using our front door. I’m part of their membership. Takes care of so much. So worth it.
Not just sprayed but also eliminated the webs that were on the house and in the light fixtures.
Very polite company and workers and really go above and beyond to get rid of the pests and ticks and mosquitoes. Thanks so much and also the mice traps work great and haven't seen anymore in the house either
My Greenix tech did such a good job today. My neighbors have voles and I am so pleased that, after walking my yard and checking the bait boxes, we have no voles! He always goes the extra mile!

Brandon did a great job today! I called yesterday about Voles in my backyard and they were here today ready to treat and take care of them.
They allowed me to cancel due to dissatisfaction, when I called 2 months later to cancel they had a change of heart complete 180, a lady answered the phone saying she's a specialist and was unable to answer any of my simple questions or explanations, please do not say you're a specialist if you don't know your job.
Nate went the extra mile, and treated for pests I didn’t even notice I had! Great service!

Customer Service is horrible; they make it very difficult to place additional trouble calls. Products don't work, they always say wait two weeks for it to work, but the bugs and insects never go away, it's always bad. They lock you in for 18 months and can't cancel, even though they are not doing what they said they would do.
Excellent job keeping me up to date with a breakdown of each task and sending pictures as the work is getting done. Thank you!

Kenzie has been the person doing my service the past couple times you guys have been out. She has been awesome with communication and professionalism also gets what’s she has to get done in a timely manner.
Never go through this company we moved out of the service zone and they told us to find someone to take it over or pay them a cancelation fee of 300 .their service don't even work if you want more bugs and an exiting fee.they are only about money.
