I’m having a mouse problem. I back up to a field so every fall I have mice! I’ve used exterminators in the past but this FAR EXCEEDS any expectations. Very though and polite. Highly recommend thrm
Jordan provided great and thorough scheduled service with excellent follow up communication! Job well done with superior customer service!
Just had Aaron E come out and do an inspection. Very nice and listened to updates we had to give him, still was very thorough and set new traps where he saw there was new or resent activity.
Excellent job Treated inside and outside the house. Very Happy
Very personable and professional - Nate was great
Edit: 10/15/2026: Ethan came out today and sprayed and filled the bait boxes. I am in my third month of service and we no longer have mice as far as I can tell. I did fill a hold outside that they were getting in and put traps in the house and filled a hole in the house as well. I think the bait traps are what…
Technician Jill is very thorough, making sure to address all my concerns.
Very thorough job.
Easy scheduling- Greenix texts me ahead of time so I don't have to remember to make an appointment. Appreciate the morning reminder. I like that the service person arrives in a logo’d car and uniform. Very professional.
I was unable to be present when the service guy came to check the boxes. No note - no info I wanted info “Was the bait eaten.” She put me on hold and came back and said they filled the bait boxes inside and out. I don’t have boxes inside - I asked to cancel my service as I’ve seen no sign of voles and I wanted to…
When Catherine arrived she asked my concerns and shared what else she was planning on accomplishing. When finished she shared what he accomplished and followed up with pictures.
Philip did a great job! He was the most thorough guy we have had yet. He took a lot of time to clear the webs from outside. Much better than the last guy who I had to call back twice.
Was very friendly and personable
Josh was very thorough with services. I appreciate him coming out and helping us to prepare for the winter months ahead to prevent critters from coming inside our home and garage.
Very friendly and efficient
Aaron E initiated well, informing me of when within the 4 hr window he would be coming & how to prepare my yard. He provided over 20 photos of where he had set traps or used bait to begin the 1st of the 4 week treatment to get rid of moles.
Did a great job very thorough.
