Technician Jill is very thorough, making sure to address all my concerns.
Such a nice helpful young lady did a complete coverage of inside spots and outside foundation, lawn, and siding - at the best price I could find.
Hi Greenix! Jordan was here today and before he treated my house and lawn, we chatted about what I needed. He was most knowledgeable and very polite. Also very well trained. Thank and kudos to Jordon!
When Catherine arrived she asked my concerns and shared what else she was planning on accomplishing. When finished she shared what he accomplished and followed up with pictures.
Jordan was very methodical in getting at those insects that cause me problems, like spiders trying to get inside, webbing my windows and nasty wasps. I particularly love that he used tools that applied spray and granular products that bugs hate. Refilled baiting stations to rid the area of mice. Great job, Jordan.
Josh was very thorough with services. I appreciate him coming out and helping us to prepare for the winter months ahead to prevent critters from coming inside our home and garage.
Very good through!!!!!
Samantha was personable, knowledgeable and explained everything from our service today.
Greenix was out today to perform their service. Our experience is that bugs know…

I contacted Greenix because I was getting ants inside my house every August. I explained that they typically appeared for about a month and then disappeared, and I initially wanted treatment for just a month or two. Nick and Alex from Greenix, as well as some of the Greenix admin team, have been easy to communicate with, provide accurate updates and observations, and have proven trustworthy to have on our property when we aren’t there. The pet safe and eco responsible products they use work just as well if not better than the…

I miss when it was ROVE pest control. Their prices were better. Their services were more thorough. Since I run an in home childcare, ROVE was more understanding about sending the same person for the last 11 years (90% of the time, which was ok) rather than a stranger that didn't know what they were doing and/or was…
Very thorough and was very informative in providing answers and explanations to our questions.
Alyssa did a great job. I asked questions and she answered them and It was Good to take care of the ants.
Contacted Rover, now Greenix, over the weekend when we discovered carpenter ants. They were able to schedule for someone to come to the home today, in-between their scheduled appointments between 10-4. I received a text message from the technician letting me know he was in route. He went thru what their service…

I found small ants in my downstairs bathroom. I called Greeenix and they sent Daniel out. He sprayed the baseboard and checked the adjoining room for activity in there. Then he went outside and sprayed the exterior of the house.
So nice to have this done and get ahead of any issues - especially ants - before spring. Great job - thanks!
They allowed me to cancel due to dissatisfaction, when I called 2 months later to cancel they had a change of heart complete 180, a lady answered the phone saying she's a specialist and was unable to answer any of my simple questions or explanations, please do not say you're a specialist if you don't know your job.

Lane was thorough and did efficient. He did a great job with communicating and he got rid of webs and creepy crawlers that I kept trying to get rid of myself. Especially pleased that he treated the top corner of my house where those darn wasps were trying to hide from the coming cold.
Customer Service is horrible; they make it very difficult to place additional trouble calls. Products don't work, they always say wait two weeks for it to work, but the bugs and insects never go away, it's always bad. They lock you in for 18 months and can't cancel, even though they are not doing what they said they would do.
Great help and the response time was quick. They were great at thier job and now to wait and see if the bugs go away. Obediah did a great job with my home

Samantha, our technician for today’s treatment was very professional and informed me of all treatments that would take place and also provided photos of items of concern to keep an eye on. I highly recommend Greenix Pest Control
Never go through this company we moved out of the service zone and they told us to find someone to take it over or pay them a cancelation fee of 300 .their service don't even work if you want more bugs and an exiting fee.they are only about money.
Greenix is good if you get the right technician. We LOVED Robert. If I could get Robert every time, we would have given Greenix 5 stars. Not only did he do a thorough job of getting rid of the spider webs and wasps nest, but he took the extra time to explain why we were seeing what we were seeing and what pests…
It was of no value, and they wouldn't let you cancel without jumping through tons of hoops.
Robert was our representative/inspector, he was very professional, and helpful. He was very nice and we felt very safe with what he was wearing, etc. Treated us with respect and listened to our needs. I recommend him and their services.

They came to our house doing door to door sales. They are quite expensive - $350…

Brandon S. was our technician today, and as always addressed all of our issues. Our biggest concern in the falls is always mice. We have an initial service done today by Greg, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and really knows his stuff. I would recommend this company based on his professionalism alone. Thanks Greg!!
Got a knock on my door Friday late afternoon by a salesman walking the neighborhood. Had thought about having a service, but never got around to it. Thank you, Henry, for a great first preventative pest control visit to our home! Professional, explained the treatment to be provided, and great communication.
Would have given a 3.5 but that is not an option. The technician that came out was professional and seemed to do a quality job when treating the property. I did inform him that we have dogs and that it was essential to have both gates closed properly to ensure that the dogs would not get let out. Unfortunately both…
