Very personable and professional - Nate was great
Technician Jill is very thorough, making sure to address all my concerns.
When Catherine arrived she asked my concerns and shared what else she was planning on accomplishing. When finished she shared what he accomplished and followed up with pictures.
Jordan was very methodical in getting at those insects that cause me problems, like spiders trying to get inside, webbing my windows and nasty wasps. I particularly love that he used tools that applied spray and granular products that bugs hate. Refilled baiting stations to rid the area of mice. Great job, Jordan.
Jordan did an excellent job treating my home for my pest control needs. He was very nice and listened to my concerns.
Philip did a great job! He was the most thorough guy we have had yet. He took a lot of time to clear the webs from outside. Much better than the last guy who I had to call back twice.
Scott did a great job!
I paid $300 for wasp and general insect treatment. They came and knocked around with a brush on a pole and did a spot powder treatment. They did not do the general bug treatment that was a part of my contact even when I asked about it. The next day I go out and find a really obvious hornet nest that they missed. I…

Our experience is that bugs know…

Dr. Dre kept me in the loop as to when he was coming and what his plan was. He asked questions and had responses to all of them. I appreciated that this was done. I could let him know of our issues.
Dr Dre was communicative, arrived exactly when he said he would, was personable, and explained exactly what would happen and provided thorough (and entertaining) documentation of what was done and what products were used. Professionalism and customer service at its best. 10/10.
Emil W was my Service Professional who rescued me with knowledge and humor when I was invaded by springtail bugs. I saw a dramatic decrease in their activity within a day and thanks to her suggestions have made some changes that should help eliminate the little bleepers. Emil was EXCEPTIONAL and I sincerely hope I…

Nick and Alex from Greenix, as well as some of the Greenix admin team, have been easy to communicate with, provide accurate updates and observations, and have proven trustworthy to have on our property when we aren’t there. Obediah (Oby) provided excellent service, and I am very grateful for it! He made sure all areas of the house were inspected, performed the necessary service, and sent me a report explaining what he had done. I am very impressed with his quality of service! Thanks, Oby!
Emil Williams was informative, pleasant and efficient. I have had a ongoing problem with tiny flies. She said she was sure they were breeding and coming out of our drains. She gave me the advice of bleach, apple cider vinegar and a little Dawn. Said to do this for a couple weeks. That should solve the problem.

Dr. Dre did a through job for us. He explained how the treatment will work and what to expect for results. We are happy!
Be very careful with this company. We suspected they weren’t showing up and went to the property during the window we hired them to service and multiple weeks in a row they didn’t show up. When we complained they refunded us $99 and rescheduled us. They showed up the next week and then no showed again. They promised…
They are always very prompt with thier communication and time windows, which is a must with my dog being a backyard menace lol Easy to talk to and great service!
I miss when it was ROVE pest control. Their prices were better. Their services were more thorough. Since I run an in home childcare, ROVE was more understanding about sending the same person for the last 11 years (90% of the time, which was ok) rather than a stranger that didn't know what they were doing and/or was…

Contacted Rover, now Greenix, over the weekend when we discovered carpenter ants. Dan did such an awesome job to keep us protected from bugs! The pest program, which we just started, should keep us free of pests all summer! Thanks so much!!!
Overcharge and inconsistent services. They bank on you forgetting about them and just charging your card monthly.

They allowed me to cancel due to dissatisfaction, when I called 2 months later to cancel they had a change of heart complete 180, a lady answered the phone saying she's a specialist and was unable to answer any of my simple questions or explanations, please do not say you're a specialist if you don't know your job.

I would not recommend Greenix Pest Control. They came out twice within the past month to treat for hornets, but we haven’t noticed any difference at all—hornets are still just as bad as before. On top of that, now our house is covered in box elder bugs, and they’re even finding their way inside. For the price we…

I have been very happy with the service. They helped eliminate my issue with ants, black wasps and box elder bugs. The technicians are very friendly and go the extra mile to make sure I know what they are doing and address any questions I have.
Tyler did a very Thorough job and kept us informed
Eric was very thorough and respectful. He explained all services before he began and was very knowledgeable. He gave a summary of services after completion. We’re very happy with his service.
Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend
We especially liked that staff took pictures and shared details with us.
Hey was very informative and helpful I'm excited to have a bug free summer.
Tyler and trainee was great very helpful, made sure to get all around the house and dewebbing among other things.
Service 1-Bear was lovely & service was efficient! Service 2- Ryan was very accomodating to my HM ask regarding scheduling his stop. I appreciate the pics & update about work done.
Ryan from Greenix recently completed our quarterly treatment and did an outstanding job. He let me know when he was arriving, arrived at that time, and ensured our home remains pest free. We’ve been using Greenix for a few years (they were formerly RISE Pest Control) and have been pleased with the service!
He was very good at letting me know when he would be here and told what he did.
