Jordan was very methodical in getting at those insects that cause me problems, like spiders trying to get inside, webbing my windows and nasty wasps. Note that we pay $50 a month for quarterly service plus on demand wasp nest etc service. Over the past 2-3 years Rove, now Greenix, has greatly reduced the wasp, stink bug and spider issues we had. Lane was thorough and did efficient. He did a great job with communicating and he got rid of webs and creepy crawlers that I kept trying to get rid of myself. Especially pleased that he treated the top corner of my house where those darn wasps were trying to hide from the coming cold.
Customer Service is horrible; they make it very difficult to place additional trouble calls. Products don't work, they always say wait two weeks for it to work, but the bugs and insects never go away, it's always bad. They lock you in for 18 months and can't cancel, even though they are not doing what they said they would do.
Greenix has always done well for us. Aaron was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. I like the follow up text afterwards to let us know what services were rendered.
